The hotel was good and the staff friendly, it was a bit out of the city centre but the metro across the road was great. The noise from both the trains and planes was a bit noisy. The breakfast during the week was good but at the weekend was very poor.

Standard room size. No internet, no business centre. The closest internet was in a different hotel that charged 3 euros for 15 minutes! Hotel is a 45 minute brisk walk from the restaurant and shopping districts. The hotel is a bit out of the way so the easiest way to get around is by taxi or a long walk.
Staff sold me a tour package that was not running and so I missed my trip to Fatima. They tried to blame me for the error saying I should have read my brochure more closely. It took me making a huge public scene in the lobby telling them what a disgrace their behaviour was before they made any attempt to compensate me.
