When we checked in we were not told about all the facilities that were available in the hotel. Also we were not told that if you have breakfast to your room you would be charge in full again for your breakfast. In all the hotels in the world that we have stayed in we were gobsmacked at this. Normally hotels charge a room service fee. I really feel if this is not their policy they should make you aware of this on check in - NOT on check out!! When we questioned it we were told we would have to wait until the following morning for an answer. The following morning we were checking out and the Deputy Manager came to us. Well I have to say we found him extremely rude, extremely arrogant and so unhelpful. It basically ruined what had been a relatively enjoyable stay. Would I recommend this hotel....... if you are just looking to sleep and maybe having a drink at the bar and are a couple travelling absolutely...... just don't have breakfast in bed!!
