"I brought a school group of four children and three adults to stay at Sofitel Victoria in Warsaw. From helping with baggage in and out of the hotel to being guided to convenient seating for breakfast to sorting out changes in the makeup of the group, all staff were extremely obliging and genuinely resolved the problems facing us. Congratulations to them all. Highly recommended, (I seldom award highest ratings in surveys)."

"I had an extremely busy schedule, travelling to a number of other cities every other day. My husband stayed in Warsaw for most of the time. The portering and concierge staff made the travelling tolerable by organising taxis and being incredibly helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a feast and again the staff made us feel special. We do enjoy staying at the Sofitel Victoria and I personally can't wait to see the new fitness suite and swimming pool once the renovations are completed - time yet to be advised. We had a standard room on the 7th floor. It was spacious and well furnished. Only thing lacking was a trouser press though an iron and board were readily supplied. I really appreciate the piano bar , use of internet facilities - and swimming pool! Concierge, dining room, bar and front desk staff could not have been more helpful. Breakfast wonderful selection. Green bar good food and staff who know how to make you feel at home!
Room cleaned every day, bed linen 7 towels change daily which as we stayed 12 days was maybe a bit too frequently but better this than too infrequently. Internet in buiness centre well used , Wirelss and room internet available. Free use of internet, staff on hand if there are any problems. Easy walking distance of Old Town and excellent restaurants, theatre, art galleries, shops and easy bus or taxi ride to main railway station. Taxis on call, bus in doorstep and no hills to climb to get to shops, church or anywhere else at hand!
