Arrival during the evening when the hotel had no electricity was not a good start - we could not be checked in and there was no power until 9pm. A further power loss the next day but ok after. The air con. was appreciated in July temperatures, and the pool also enjoyed. Full marks for buffet breakfasts, but we ate only once in the evening - not a problem with food, but lack of atmpsphere compared with the centre of Krakow. However a car is essential if you stay here we think due to its out-of-the-way location. Driving into centre takes about 15 minutes and is definitely worth it...
