I loved the view of Taal volcano, and the fact that there are lots of restaurants around. We had a great filipino breakfast, which we haven't enjoyed in a long time. Lots of public transportation passing in front of the hotel....

Poor quality bed room, food ok but expensive, very isolated if you are without own transport. No facility outside of hotel building other than pool. Air conditioning extremely noisy, had to change room, second room very small. No place to relax outside of hotel building, would expect seating & sun shades at minimum. Staff very friendly. Food average but expensive, if lbreakfast taken late not much choice left. Public areas are good but bedrooms leave much to be desired. Hotel is isolated unless you have private transport & has nowhere to spend time duing daytime other than in bedroom. Taxi very expensive & very few local places to visit. Pool good appeared to be clean but not alot of shade. Grounds tidy but no external seating or shade

The Quality of Food was awful. The waitstaff and bar folks were great. The Breakfast buffet was cheap, poorly presented, and terrible.

My partner and I stayed on a Sunday night, which consequently, was very quiet, and not a typical night. We checked in on a Sunday morning, and whilst the hotel was very busy at that time, the service from the Front Desk was excellent, and all of the hotel staff that we dealt with were pleasant, sincere and genuinely helpful. I may not have the opportunity to visit Tagaytay again in the future, but if I was so lucky, I would certainly stay here.

Best in Tagaytay. Central, near restaurants, church, grocery. Good breakfast buffet. Great view of Taal Volcano. Don't stay anywhere else in Tagaytay. Very good rate. Cheaper here in hoteltravel.
