While the food offered on the restaurant menu was limited, the food tasted good and the wait staff was efficient. But there was no snack shop to buy food in-between meals. We were disappointed with the swimming pool and the jacuzzi, the water in both was cold. Water in the swimming pool was too cold and the water in the jacuzzi never got hot.

Outstanding service, beautiful view. The restaurant needs fresh fish instead of frozen.

I don't mind coming back to thei hotel again and again. I just hope they have heated swimming pool. water is too cold, even in he whirl pool.

the location adn the room wa excellent but what was disaapointing was we have to pay extra charge for the breakfast buffet since according to the front desk, i paid only for a simple breakfast menu. the wifi internet was only available at the lobby and not at the hotel rooms.

Not much to do and see in the area. I liked the relative cool and fresh air. Overall an ok hotel for a short stay

The location of the facility is excellent with a good view of the lake. Room service is outstanding with friendly staff and quick response time. The only thing that grossed me and my kids out were the (dark brown stained) 'collared' toilet bowl on both rooms. I was told by housekeeping that it won't come off with the standard issue "all purpose" cleaning solution and ordinary scrubbing. It really looked filthy at first glance and gave you an impression that the place was not cleaned well at all. Might want to invest on a more effective cleaning solution (i.e. chlorox or special toilet bowl stain cleaner). Just wondering if other rooms in same condition? Clean, overall, the facility is clean except for the "collared" stain on the toilet bowls in our hotel rooms. Outstanding place to just chill out and relax. Excellent location and quiet environment but please do something with the toilet bowl stains. It makes this "world class" hotel with bad impression.

Overall the room was clean & accomodating. The package that I got included a breakfast option. Upon arrival at the front desk, staff gave me coupon for a "continental breakfast". Next morning, we went to the restaurant and the waiter gave us 4 pieces of half toast with 4 pieces of triangular cheese. This is their "continental breakfast". I am not sure what continent they meant. So we did not eat this and their buffet was nearly empty so my family went next door to a Jolibee outlet and got their sausage & egg set for less than US$2. I think they could improve on their menu. Or just say outright that the breakfast is only a cheese sandwich instead of calling it a "continental breakfast". It is a bit deceiving.

I recomened that house keeping gets a new iron and ironing board and keeps these items in good working condition for the use of their guests.

The restuarant staff was just great!!!!! They were polite, atenive, neat, responive, and went the extra mile to please us. If I owned a restusrant I would hire them all and I would take the restuarant manager to lead them any time. I would like to thank her and her staff for taking such good care of us.
