Rated #1 for all Olongapo hotels
the ratings i gave was for the delta room that i got. my original booking is for 2 rooms in the bravo building. when we got to the building, we decided to upgrade our room from bravo to delta since the bravo room doesn't look like a hotel. i guess its ok if you dont mind the wall papers to be shattered, the room to look old, the carpets to have holes, and the bathroom to be so small. afterall its only $46. our delta room was so nice! its worth paying more! it had 2 queen size beds.... the bathroom was beauitful, the room was new and the sheets were soft. i highly recommend the delta rooms!...

This is my second stay, on both occasions there are a few things management can do to make the stay there more enjoyable. They need internet service in the rooms, bathrooms should be cleaned more often to remove mold, fix shower heads, replace key entry with sliding card entry to rooms. It seems this hotel is far behind on technical advancements, I stayed in this hotel in 1993 when it was still a US base, it looks the same, very few improvements. The hotel staff was very friendly, great service, one more thing, both elevators should be working sometimes there was only one in service and the other one"parked".

First of all my wife loved the breakfast that came with the room, and they were nice to allow us to have the breakfast in our room, which is a plus. The room was very nice and big, and the chairs were very nice, and that is where we ate our meals. The bed was big and very comfortable, we just loved laying in the room, and spent half the day there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The whole stay was great, except for the pool, they need to build a new pool close to the hotel, that would allow you to swim at night. The public pool was disappointing and was only open untill 5:30, so we went to another hotel to swim at night, which was very nice. We had a wonderful time, with the exception of the pool, and we told our friends to look up the international when they are traveling to subic bay

The Subic International Hotel did not live up to its international name. The price paid vs. the room itself is really awful. The bedsheets are too thin and too old or overused especially the towels which cannot absorb moist/water after taking a bath. It is below standard and I never expected that type of material to be used in such hotel. Hope they improve as the hotels nearby looks better. Overall, it was really unsatisfactory!

It seems that the facility is not maintaining properly, such as the exhaust or air vent, it look burned and feel like there's insects coming from within. Carpet looks awful and dirty, tiles is falling apart, shower doors is broken, outdated faucet, and the room smells cigarettes.

The hotel has got potential since it is in a safe place with good access. The quality of the room was a bit tatty, old carpet etc. The staff here are very friendly and informative. The hotel is inside the SBMA so it is in a very safe place, a short walk to many bars and restaurants. The ATM is also close by.
It takes 5/10 mins to get to the town centre. The hotel can arrange a taxi service, there is also a free shuttle bus. It is a short walk to the main gate where you can take your pick from a range of local travel options. If it is your first time, stick to taxis but ensure they use the meter. If you take a trike, sort out the price before you set off.

Swimming pool was quite far from the building where we stayed and the use of facility was limited. Hope they could extend it a little later. But overall, I am quite happy with the hotel services and facilities.

I felt very secure, service very good. Wall paper peeling off wall. Bathroom fan broken. Ice section in frig didn't work and they have no ice machine in the hallways that I'm used to. Tile in bathroom needs regrout, stained. The bath room shower room needs to be remodeled. The health club weight machine was broken. We saw they swept the carpet in our room and maybe should switch to vacuuming it. Near Olongapo main gate, and close enough to subic Bay. I would stay there again.

We tried to book the Delta Building with Hotel travel.com because it was a newer building but was told that Delta was fully booked. The Truth is, Delta was barely occupied at all when we went there. Hotel tavel.com suggested that we take the Bravo building instead. Bravo building is an older building and more geared to locals spending week-ends. The room we stayed is small but convinient to move around with. The beds are old. The view outside the room was very nice and very pleasant to look at because of the trees, lots of green scenery. The washrooms are old and you can tell that it has never been upgraded since the U.S. Navy left. I have worked in Subic for so many years so I know what Subic was then and now. The food facilities are more than enough, this is the best asset of this hotel. They offer shuttles so it is convinient for anyone wishing to use them. The hotel is definitely not a 4 star as it was being advertised.
