The Legenda is overpriced, offers very poor service and has an indifferent staff. Room service did not arrive, housekeeping did not provide enough towels, the manager would not speak with guests. The room was OK. Nothing special and needs renovation. No facilities to speak of. Casino is closed. Restaurant reeks of cigarette smoke. Public areas tacky and poorly maintained. I could go on. This is the worst hotel in this price range I have encountered in Southeast Asia. I would highly recommend against stayng here.
