Hotel was decent value for money, very large interior, and nicely located on a hilltop only a short tricycle ride from the town centre and bus terminal. Rooms were quite basic, but suffice and everything worked out. Service both in the restaurant and reception was excellent. Food was very nice as well, definitely worth eating there for both breakfast and dinner!

After arriving in the hotel people don't make you feel welcome. After having dinner, green salad,my wife and me both got stomach problems. standing up 05.30 -am for our trip to the rice terraces has to be cancelled by feeling so sick. our driver didn,t take any risks and brought us to the privat clinic in the neighbourhood. my wife got antibiotic and myself have take rest for the rest of the day. we lost our visits to the rice terraces and to Sagada. Many thanks to the doctor. And his employees to get me ready for further traveling in one day. A 20 percent discount for keping the room just for the second day was the apologies of the hotel. The view from the rooms are amazing in good weather, and it has a very convenient location when travelling with the night bus to Manila. Quick service regarding booking tours and guides. It is a very family oriented hotel and a bit plain, and you pay for things being convenient. To get the real feeling of the Banaue area, I would next time stay in one of the small places in Batad, Sagada or Banaue.

Quality of services I received in this hotel was quite satisfactory, almost as same level as major hotels in Manila. The only public transportation from Manila to this hotel is the highway bus that arrives to Banaue early in the morning. The hotel accepts early check-in for those that arrive by this bus, which gave me sufficient rest.

The location is good. Check in is fast. The standard rooms where we stayed was quite large. The one thing I am concerned was the lack of air condition and TV set and a small ref that I normally see in 3 or 4 stars hotels. Compared to Manila and or Bangkok, the rate is not cheap considering the lack of amenities which i just mentioned. It would surely add to the hotels image if they can arrange group trip since the places of interest are far away from the hotels location. Time, effort and money would be saved if a coordinator is available to inform and educate us where to go first so as to maximize our short stay to the mountain hotel. After we check out, there was no hotel personnel to even bother to call us a ride or just send us to the nearest bus terminal. Bangkok does this service to its client. I would say hotel service was just poor. Banaue hotel is something else.

The views of the rice terraces from our balcony were spectacular. Also the sunrise. Everything was perfect but the best was the fantastic freshwater swimming pool. This was my second stay at the Banuae Hotel and I loved it.

The building is older, no hot water for showers, food was good and the service was GREAT!
