I met my future wife. and Traders Hotel with staff made our dreams come true! The view was great! The service was great! My future wife's bd cake was delicious along with the chocolate ice cream. The assistant manager let my fiance check in early because i was delayed in hong kong, but arrived the night i was supposed to arrive. my fiance met me in the lobby the night i arrived. She is more than I ever dreamed of! More beautiful! More Sexy! More kinder and lovelier than i could ever pray for! my wife and I enjoyed our stay at traders hotel.every thing was great, friendly staff,great location and facilities, so I recommend the club room. if anything negative, it starting to look a bit tired, carpet etc, but don`t let that stop you staying here great place

Staff are very friendly and helpful.
The music lounge at the lobby can be improved by engaging a better performer or rotate the performers. Otherwise, pipe in music may be just as good.
The Japanese restaurant has good food.

Traders hotel was recommended by my fiancee who is currently staying there. I liked the location since it is too close to everything and besides the lobby is not too crowded with people. I would definitely stay on my future travels.

Your service was excellent. In contrast, hotel was awful. I arrived about 2 a.m and was put into a smoking room. This room was dreadful, had not been renovated in about 20 years: dirt behind the door, filthy carpet, large ink stain on the (already filthy) bed valence spreading to the floor, roaches. Nex day after making some noise and seeing several rooms, was put into a room near the top which was acceptable. Room servicing was a bit lax. Hotel is right on a (busy) main road. The lobby has recently been refurbished, however, this belies what lies upstairs. Did not use the facilities. Will never stay here again. Noticed several hotels nearby well set back from the main road. Only advantage of Traders is that it is easy to get a taxi and convenient for the airport.

I booked two non-smoker rooms. But when i checked in, they assigned me a smoker room and a non smoker. The smoker one stinks. I even found cockroaches running everywhere in the room. The hotel staff were quite friendly and reassigned me one on the second day of our stay. This room had no cockroaches as it faces south. Just make sure that never get a room facing north. The restaurant was excellent. I love the food there. But I doubt i will stay in this hotel next time, maybe just for the restaurant I'll drop by in a morning.

We really liked the location--being near both the airport and the
Mall of Asia with good transportation. Food was excellent, and
service very good. However, the room needs to be cleaner, fresher,
larger, with better furnishings for the price we were paying. Also,
the fitness center was a big disappointment. The jaccuzzi's and
saunas didn't even work (nor was there any attempt to be repairing
them), and not that much was available for fitness activity. That
center needs a complete overhaul to match the price being paid.

Well, the hotel club room is only average. Poor selection as compare to other hotel club room. I need they need to improve the size of their room as well as the cleanliness. Selection of beverages are limited, breakfast and cocktails does not have much to choose. I would not recommend for this hotel. They are overcharged. Staff are friendly and efficient by the way.

Everything is great from day 1, we stayed for 3 nites.all the staff are helpful and kind and smiling. Take the Club rooms, located 16fl and above, you check in and eat all your meals on the 19th top floor, with manila bay splendid view. 6-10 is breakfast,2-5 is afternoon snack and 5-7 is cocktail,( all included in your room rates), you eat non stop.U never have to wait for the Lift, seems like they are always there waiting for you. Thank you so much., we will not hesitate to recommend to families and friends, and we will be back real soon.

We had a great time. With the breakfast and lunch on the top floor overseeing the bay--it was grand.The staff was excellent, except for the room assignment, requested a non-smoking room and was given a smoking room. This was resolved by the butlers very quickly! I will make this a must-say the next time that I am in Manila. If you are looking for first class accommodations, this is it!

For the Club room check in and check out was very efficient on the Club floor. Room service was good. Very quiet on the 17th floor. The free buffet style breakfast was excellent. Regular mattress bed not the foam beds you would find in a lower class hotel. Excellent view from window. Internet connection was good, however needed to supply your own Cat5 cable. Overall very nice stay. Would stay there again.

The price is high, as are all the better hotels on Manila Bay, but at least you get what you pay for. I have not stayed here since it was a Holiday Inn, but the corporation now running it really impressed me during my stay. The entire staff was very friendly, helpful and made you feel right at home. The room and bath was roomy and clean. Looking forward to returning to this hotel again.

Thanks for the room upgrade! A. and the gentleman who assisted me when I checked out at 4am (sorry, I forgot his name) on May 23 are excellent representatives of the hotel.
