We chose the hotel because it was rated 4 star and described as new, is was neither of these. We had to ask for the linen to be changed, and the new towels were not clean. We had to wait in our room until after 10am for the laundry to be collected by an independent contractor, and it was not returned until over 2 days later. There was no local information provided and the restaurants were fast food outlets on the public ground floor.We requested a non smoking room but we could smell smoke, and an ashtray was provided! While the hotel was generally clean, I would not describe as new and I don't think it rates more than 3 stars.
