The hotel's shuttle service to and from the airport is great. Its much better than cabbies trying to take anyone not from there for a ride. The restaurant has a good mix of dishes and the business center allows internet access for free, which is a bonus as well.

My first impression when I arrived this hotel was the front desk was not so accommodating. I feel unwanted when I showed my voucher to them. They tried to tell me that it was not the voucher they accept. I insisted that it was the voucher that I received from my email so they just gave me a room. The lady after I filled up a form just gave me the key and didn't even showed me where to go. I am not used to this kind of hotel that the entrance going to the rooms is within the restaurant. One thing more their room lock seems not so secured. I have no problem of the cleanliness of the hotel though in my first glance when I entered the hotel I feel its messy but later I realized maybe its their motiff that the hotel looks antique. The ambiance is like a old county bar.

Warm & friendly is best how I can describe it and that it is value for money.
Will use it definetely on my next visit to Manila. Main thing was that it was clean and that it provided you with the essential necessities. Overall felt that it was generally good, although one suggestion is that the lighting in some of the corridors could be improved upon. No worries here, in that the folk that I dealt with were very helpful and friendly all round. Got me on this one, in that not only was it value for money, drinks were very reasonably priced and the standard of the food served was of good quality, even if I was not staying at the hotel I would stiil go there for the grog & dinner. Location wise, gave it an average in that I myself was not too familimar with the area itself and was comparing it to some of the other hotels. Its in the heart of the city. No worries again here, in that never had any concern or difficulty in meeting with my transport requirements all round.
