The room was nice, but had a smell which feel not good when opening the door. Anyway we got used to it and it did not disturb us. They had a breakfast buffet, which was diasppointing with almost no choice at all. But the room have cooking posibilities to make your own food. We did only sleep there and did not use other facilities. The room was big and clean and the service ok. Its in business district without much to do for tourists. We did have what we need, did not miss anything. Its big and clean, but some strange small when opening the door.
Had many facilities, even if we not used much. Normal service. Helped us with everything we wanted. Too small breakfast buffet. Very small and not nice looking restaurant, which close early in evening. Everything seems clean, but some smell from hotel. If you want cooking facilities and do not need the restaurant, this is ok hotel. Otherwise I will recomend a hotel with better restaurant. Business district, safe location, but some distance to malls, restaurants and attractions. Only transportation is taxi. The hotel helps to order in short time.

Horrible time at check out. They wanted me to wait until they phoned Baron Travel, your Manila Agent, apparently to verify my voucher from you. It was a long wait when I was trying to leave to get to the airport They didn't explain what the problem was or why they hadn't verified it before check out time. I had been there over a week. Housekeeping staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was mediocre.
