Taxis not easily available. I was anxious to know about the availability of transport. Seemed to us that we had to repeatedly ask the desk. It was only until checkup that we got to know the availability (non-availability) and alternatives upon checkout. Facilities like the washroom were not good. Generally, I do not think I have very high standards nor am I picky but I think this stay here had been disappointing. Although the staff was very laid back/relaxed, some were helpful and took initiatives to help whereas some could not be bothered. We hope there will be improvement, as we like the location of the hotel. Internet service (wireless) almost 60-70% of room rate! System does not work at times.
