We stayed there for the price, it was a fair price for a condotel at an area walking distance to a mall. But we realized something, that a goodnight sleep is more costly than a hotel price. During our stay, all we did was sneezed in the room, probably they dont clean the airconditioner. The Bed is not comfy, and the beddings they probably need to bleach it. I wonder about the bedcover, if they change it every other customer, because there was pubic hair on the bed cover on our first night. I suggest them to atleast upgrade the place and keep it clean and fresh, even if they will raise the price a little bit for cleaning expenses, people will not mind paying for the convenience and satisfaction.

Room service was not up to standard, towels dirty and bedsheets not changed regularly. I expected buffet breakfast but it was room service only. Hotel service was not good, the lift was not well guarded and anyone could go on anytime. The only good thing is the location which is very near to shopping areas. Would choose another hotel nearby on my next visit.

My wife & I were very disappointed with our 3-night stay at the Prince Plaza II Condotel and would NOT stay there again in the future.
Liked the most: Location - just across from Green Belt shopping area.
Liked the least: 1. Security - everyone & anyone is free to enter lobby & elevators ("security staff" are present, but do not pay attention to anyone coming in/going out);
2. Room cleanliness (cockroaches and ants crawling on kitchenette walls); hallways are smelly/stinky (not enclosed & not air conditioned).

hotel is infested with cockroaches and the bathroom is full of mildews. In addition, dead bugs all over the place. Floor is dirty and A/C is noisy. In my personal experience, I would'nt stay there again.

The place is old but good enough for people who do not want to spend a lot of money on accomodation. The hotel is in great location, staff are friendly enough and I will recommend this place for those who would like a get the value of there money. Very close to shopping centers.

The location was good in Makati. We were able to get taxis fairly easily. The room security was questionable--3 keys to open the door. The "included breakfast" was disappointing, brought in styrofoam take out trays. The refrigerator smelled. The quality of the kitchen cabinets, equipment was disappointing. We booked a return visit with a scheduled airport pick up. We had trouble connecting with the driver after we discovered our Davao city Manila flight was delayed, we called the numbers we had, but the message was not given to the driver who arrived at the domestic airport and waited, parked and waited and we didn't know where to locate him.
