No nonsense hotel: spacious apt. with two bedrooms and living/dining room with cutlery, plates, glasses, microwave, big fridge - lacked a little bit in cleanliness, the apt. was dusty and the not-so-new sheets had marks from ironing...

I can't believe that HotelTravel.com were offering the Makati Prime Suites Hotel as alternative hotel to the Oxford Suites in Makati. While there may be only $4 difference in their respective prices, there is a world of difference in the quality of the rooms on offer. My room at the Makati Prime Suites was very old, dirty, full of ants and lacking in the basics such as glasses and drinking water which you come to expect. I wouldn't recoemmend anyone to stay there.
Actually I thnk HotelTravel.com should check out the hotels on their booking list more thoroughly before they advertise them for reservations.

I was expecting that the plcae would be a great place to stay in, but when i arrived I checked the bathroom and there was no towels I needed to call house keeping for the towels and there was no bedroom slippers as well, and I was told that the 1bedroom suite had a bathtub, but there was none, Iwas miss informed regarding the room, the rates are fine with me but when I arrived in the room it didn't meet my expectations....

OTHER THAN iTS GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATION the hotel has little to offer, it's old ,seedy and in need of a facelift, the self catering option is attractive to poorer and low budget tourist/family groups and that is why no 2 bedroom suites are generally available. AC/TV bathroom maintenance is poor, and is aged. The hotel is in need of re investment. I spent one night and moved to the Las Palmas at half the rate WITH A BETTER ROOM but no self catering, It is expensive for what it is.

Worse ever hotel one can ever stay at. Very unsafe, very dirty, staff unfriendly and forced. Rooms very old. Bathtubs clogged. Infested with bugs. Beddings dirty.

Close to all Makati addresses and Edsa shopping centers. The room on 33rd floor had two bedrooms and three bathrooms, the kitchen offered no utensiels whatsoever. We had to ask for toilet paper and towels as none were initially provided. There was a charge for parking the car. You do hear the street noise but nothing from other rooms. Although basically clean and spacious, the apt. needs some renovation. Good for families (we were 5) to stay together. Good location if you only need a basic room for overnight - not a holiday hotel due to lack of facilities.

it was a dirty old hotel in the lobby. The room was just old, but not dirty. The restaurant was like a storage room with the waiters and waitresses hard to get their attention.

I chose this hotel primarily because I wanted a fitness center. There were other hotels in the area that had a fitness center but because his hotel was the cheapest, I went for it. When I checked in, their interpretation of fitness center was a swimming pool only and when I checked it out, it was the smallest pool I've ever seen in my life! What a disappointment. I guess I'm not going back to this hotel again. :(
