This was my second stay here, since I was so satisfied the first time. Large, clean room, comfy bed, well equipped bathroom with bath, only thing missing was some coffee or tea to go with the supplied kettle ('pot noodle' supplied). Coffee shop is overpriced but good.Position is good, with taxis available 24hr and local shops. restaurants and clubs very close. Very good value compared with other local hotels I tried before....

I was very much disappointed with their wireless lan facilities. I was staying at the 4th floor, but the wireless signal was very weak and unabled to access Internet during my stay. I asked the enginner there to help me, but they could not resolve the problem. As a result, I had no way to communicate by e-mail during 6days. I have a strong complian for this, but I say except this problem, I am quite satisfied with staying this hotel. If they resolve the wireless lan problem, I will stay there again for 100%.

The wooden floor in the room was not as clean as it could have been. Additional towels were required .Breakfast was acceptable and we would stay there again as it was good value for the money.

An excellent hotel but a little overpriced for the Philippines. Staff was very friendly, room was clean and the facilities (pool, gym, etc) were excellent. The location is a bit of a turn-off as it'...
