Hotel is very nice and clean. Under going some remodeling but should even be nicer when finished. Friendly staff, really great location with robinson mall close by.Lots of things close by so don't need a taxi. My hotel of choice when i stay in manila, great value for the money....

Wireless internet was to expensive (should be included!), a little bit noisy at night but overall nice rooms and friendly staff. To expensive food in the restaurant.

SOMETIME WAS NO HOT WATER IN SHOWER. Restaurant slow, TOOK 10 MINS GET COFFEE ONE DAY , WAS TOO SLOW . Transportation availability was VERY GOOD GUY NAME BONES WAS GOOD DRIVER.

There were cockroaches in the room. I did not get my messages as the staff was not paying attention. Internet connection, important for business was overpriced. There was a shooting (guns) in the area.

Website listed parking onsite. In reality there was parking - on the street - about half a mile away. We had trouble parking anywhere near this hotel with the rental car. The room was run down and small. stained bed covers and saggy matress. Shabby is a good description. In the shower, approv 6 inches from the shower head was a 240v mains socket and transformer. On a safety basis this is apalling and we were concerned about being electrocuted whilst using the shower. However staff and food were excellent. In the middle of downtown manila, perfect for being near the sea.
