My suggestion is only the Oxford Hotel should offer more the equipment in Bath room such as the shower cap, detergent and bath gel. Also please offer the bath rope for guest. Overall this hotel quite good esspecially the service of staffs. I appreciate that!!!

Hotel staff is excellent with all my needs. The room size was excellent. Location of hotle is in the crowded bar district of Makati but I never worried about my safety. My biggest complaint is that I had to pay for internet services when so many hotles of cheaper quality offer free service. I would stay there again.

the breakfast has changed and although not perfect it is much better that the horrible one they used to have. the lifts are still a huge problem though, normally there are 3 but 1 is broken as was the case last time i stayed and the staff continually use them as there are no staff lifts. i think the staff use them more than the guests - maybe the stairs could be a good options for them then the guests will feel like guests. this would be a very good hotel if not for the lft problems. the breakfast has been basically remedyed so well done for that at least.

this is a nice hotel all the staff are very courteous and the rooms are very clean. the small problem with its location is that its bang in the middle of 20 bars and the local bar girls . if u want that then fine but its not suitable for families. the breakfast is 10/10. room very clean and no cockroaches. very polite staff. Hotel Location average, next to all the bars. taxis outside hotel. bars and club noise.

My girlfriend and I enjoyed the stay. Very quiet room considering the area (many clubs and bars) I stayed 5 nights and had no complaints about the room or any of the service. If you are looking for a good taxi service from the Hotel to anywhere in manila Metro area talk to Rockel, he hangs out with other taxi drivers across the road from the Hotel Entrance.I only used the Business Center for Internet access, and at the time the Printer did not work, thats my only gripe. Wireless connection from my Room was a bonus ( We were on the 8th floor) Polite staff and readily available if required. I enjoyed the stay and would recommend to my friends, as it was recommended by a friend of mine

I stayed for one week and had a room on the 20th floor, well away from street noise. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with effective and unobtrusive air con. Everything in the room worked fine. Hotel laundry was quick and cheap. Staff were pleasant, courteous and helpful. The location was fine for me, although the location, off P.Burgos Street, may not be to all tastes. The breakfast was unexciting and the same each day, but otherwise adequate. The only (minor) negative for me was that the hotel tried to bill me for a couple of items from the minibar that I had not used. Otherwise, I had a very happy stay at the Oxford Suites. It was very good value and I would stay there again.

A good regular hotel with extreme friendly staff. The only negative thing about this hotel is the extreme rate of WLAN internet services. Fortunately one can go outside the hotel where there are plenty of internetcafes offering service at a quarter of the hotelrate. (P200 versus P50 per hour) Besides the system of internet cards being valid for only 24 hours leads to losses and is very inconvenient. The hotel should consider that we are in the 21st century, and in-room internet service (either by cable or as WLAN) is as much a necessity of time as is electricity and water. Hotel guests are willing to pay for this services even at a slightly upmarked rate compared to commercial marketrates for customer convenience, but not to this extreme of 4 times the rate, with loss of credits after 24 hours.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. the room was comfy and quite big compared to other hotels I have stayed at for this price. The staff were very professional and I had no problems while there. The hotel is in one of the many areas for nightlife and you can walk outside at almost any hour and hear music or find a pub/bar open. The location was excellent for taxis as well and its quite convenient from the airport (about 200 pesos max one way). One thing tho, breakfast was sufficient, but a buffet would have been perfect!

I have been to Manila twice now and my first trip I stayed at a different hotel but I chose Oxford Suites for my second trip and I was simpily amazed at the difference between hotels. Oxford was by far the best hotel. The rooms are large and clean and the staff was the most friendly I have ever seen. The area was safe enough to walk around at night. I will always use Oxford Suites everytime I go to Manila.

This hotel has the friendliest staff I've met! They really go out of their way to help, and so friendly and nice. The Philippines is known for being friendly, but this staff takes it up another notch. When I requested a wake up call, I was already in the shower when they called, so they sent someone to my room to make sure I was awake! You won't regret a stay at the Oxford.

The hotel room was great! The window didn't seem to seal tightly and there was a lot of street noise, but it wasn't really a problem for me. The location was very good, near to a lot of shopping and not far from the airport either. Not only would I recommend this hotel, but I've already booked another one night stay for when I'm back in Manila for my flight home. The room was very clean, the staff very friendly and helpful, the bathroom was great! Finally a hotel shower that actually works as good as a home shower. I thought the Oxford Hotel was a great value!

We used to use the Holiday Inn but this hotel is of the same standard at a far more reasonable price, especially when you consider the location - only five minutes walk from the Ayala Centre and UK Embassy. The rooms were very well presented with everything you'd need including cable TV. The staff were friendly and helpful without being too pushy as in some other hotels. A splendid hotel which we have used for the past couple of years and will use again.
