The heater was not working in my room, and I didn't find any coffee/tea maker facility. The reception staffs are considered as friendly but not really provide any help/advise when I was approached them for some advise, e.g. to get a taxi to airport...

The location is next to a redlight disrict; that being said, it was safe and not rowdy. The locality is good, near to the airport away from the infamous traffic jams in the city. The hotel itself is great, very spacious and lots of space unlike most business hotel.

We had to change rooms because of a bad smell caused by smokers. We also heard another guest complaining about the smell. Only one of the twelve floors is dedicated to non smokers and this was not advertised. In the second room the bedside table had a bad smell. The hotel was in a good location for us but we would not use it again.

Excellent value in its price range with American breakfast included. We stayed twice. The second time our room had newer furnishings, and was better than the first room we had. Non smoking rooms available. Staff very helpful. Close to Harrison Plaza Shopping Centre. Short walk to Vito Cruz LRT station. Closer to airport than most Manila hotels.

We had a one-night layover in Manila so this hotel was nice because it was close to the airport and at a reasonable price. The hotel lobby was decorated beautifully for Christmas and the staff was helpful. They arranged a taxi for our return trip to the airport and also provided a wake-up call. The room was smaller than we expected and quite simple. However, everything looked clean and worked fine. Our room wasn't anything fancy but was just fine for a one-night stay for a good price. The hotel is across the street from a shopping center that has several restaurants and shops which was also convenient for getting dinner. We would probably stay there again if we had another layover but might find somewhere else if we would be in Manila for a longer stay.

The rooms were a bit of a dissappointment. The single rooms really needed updating- stained carpets and mattresses, holes in the sheets etc. However, the bathrooms were up to date and clean. Also, the business centre was very good and efficient.
