We had a very pleasant 3-night stay at this hotel. The staff were all friendly and efficient and the room very clean with lots of little added touches. The breakfast was great. The location is directly opposite Greenbelt 3 shopping center where you can connect by covered walkways through to other Greenbelt centers, Glorietta and SM. There are fantastic restaurants outside Greenbelt 3. I also thought offering a bottle of water to guests at the pool a nice touch. This hotel is trying hard to please its customers. We'll definitely stay there next time.

An excellent hotel located in the heart of Makati, with a plethora of nice food in the breakfast buffet, both Asian and European. Friendly, polite and smiling personnel from the bell boy to the management.I recommend this hotel to everyone who likes the night life in the green belts in Makati with many quality restaurants and shopping malls

The hotel was in a perfect location to shopping and food. Customer service was outstanding and facilities equally impressive. Only comments to add are free wifi to each room and more vegetables added to breakfast buffet selection. I would definitely stay here again.

The process of checking in and out was quite fast; the food selection in the breakfast buffet is good and varied, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was my birthday when I checked-in at the hotel, and the staff went out of their way to accomodate my friend's request to set-up a bouquet of flowers and a birthday cake in my hotel room before I checked-in so that it was already inside the room when I arrived, and were also helpful to provide us with a cake box upon checking-out. I would recommend this hotel to anybody.

Breakfast buffet was excellent - good selection of Western/Asian food. Room was comfortable, fresh fruit in room was complementary. Location was very good, opposite Greenbelt shopping mall. As it's slightly off the main road, getting a taxi takes a bit of time - however staff are helpful when trying to get one. Taxi to Mall of Asia cost 150 peso, other areas like Fort Bonifacio about the same. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Will stay again when next in Manila.

I already filled out a comment card before I left the hotel--but here I go again! My room was completely filthy dirty the entire stay in spite of my pleas to get it cleaner. There was food on the carpet which was stained and very dirty--black hairs all over my bathroom, the room was very dusty and the headboard to the bed had giant grease marks from somebody probably with very, very greasy hair. The bed linens were stained and horrible! I will never, every stay in a Renaissance hotel as long as I live again! Cleanliness is apparently not something the G.M. of this hotel takes very seriously. It was completely disgusting!!

It was a little noisy only because of children left unattended in the room above us. The business centre and lobby shop is attended by the same person so if she is busy in the shop you have to wait until she is finished to attend to the business centre - they should have one staff member in each area. The security and location was excellent. I would definitely stay there again!

The telephone call charges were extortionate. I made another visit to Manila in August but used another hotel ! If the call charges were reasonable I would have stayed again at the new world.

The service and attention to my requirements was excellent. The hotel offers excellent facilities and in-house activities. The location - right in the heart of Manila - means it easy to get to meetings and still enjoy the city centre shopping and restaurants.
