The hotel is dirty and poorly maintained. The breakfast, at best, can be described as average. The hotel is conveniently located for shopping complexes and local entertainment. There are far better hotels available in the same vicinity at similar or slightly higher cost. We will certainly not be returning to this hotel.

American breakfast was not good, the bacon and sausage looks like it was not cook properly. I changed my food on the second day with a filipino breakfast and it was a little bit better. The room I stayed is a bit old but it was clean, no internet connection, internet is only available in the lobby.

The staff were good but the hotel has an issue with cleanliness. cockroaches in the room, balcony so dirty we couldn't use it, old and soiled furniture, room generally dirty. Had to wash the floor myself. The rest of the hotel was as bad as the room. breakfast was not edible. locaton but on the fringe of the red light district. staff OK

I understood that our party will be picked up at the hotel by shuttle. But they said it's not included in the hotel rate. Which is right? So we paid 400 pesos for a transportaton. Clean and spacious with wide kitchen counter. Busy but internet access is not free while other hotel provides it free. staffs are friendly. Restaurant for breakfast is neat and cozy and fully served. We paid our own though we called them. I requested it prior to departure of my country but no reply about it. So We expected there will be a shuttle but not available. close to airport.
