Rated #5 for all Manila hotels

Excellent staff, clean rooms, good food, reasonable rates, accessible to the malls and taxis, etc. And I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of continental and filipino dishes. Staff very attentive. Firm beds and bed linens were very clean and so is the bathroom. Tv working well with different channels. Mall attached to the hotel and taxi is always available. Taxis are evrywhere. no problems. Very attentive and helpful staff and friendly....

Great location by the Robinsons Galleria Mall. Staff is friendly and helpful. However, check-in and check-out are slow as always. I had to refill a form with my details.

The hotel stay was a very pleasant experience. Funny elevators, though, which close too fast (get in quick, or you'll get left behind!). The inclusive breakfast buffet was a nice bonus (although, after 1 week can get rather tiresome of the same menu). Being connected to the Robinson's Galleria was great (good variety of restaurants and shopping). We weren't able to try the fitness facilities and indoor pool, but who really does this on a vacation???

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too difficult for them. Breakfast options were varied each day and if there was something you wanted that wasn't offered, just go straight to the chef and he made it on the spot, with a smile of course! Evenings in Bar One were real fun. A different band most nights and the bar staff remembered your names and preferences by the second or third night. The attached mall was clean, cool and offered many dining options... my wife enjoyed the shopping too! We stayed for a week but could have easily stayed longer. Other guests expressed the same opinion. This was our first time here, other guests had been there upwards of 5 or 6 times so that's what I call voting with your feet.

My husband and I expect a good service as we had at SOFITEL AND SHANGRI-LA but We never will have second chance to book in there not even for my family. The employees there asked us to use the stinky SERVICE ELEVATOR to go to my family's room.SORRY to disappoint you but it's true.

Excellent Location. Vicinity to Robinson Mall made my shopping and eating much easier. Did not have to go to Makati for eating or shopping. Only problem I had with the hotel was that the Pool area was not very live. Some nice music as well as a tropical bar would have been nice.

The front desk staff were VERY UNFRIENDLY. It took so long to check in and check out. Service was poor !! The rooms were spacious but very old. The pillows were lousy and the bed was uncomfortable. I stayed in Galleria before it became Holiday Inn. I think this was in 2000 but the room looks exactly the same as today. The hotel needs renovation already. My family and i always stay at the Mandarin Oriental and we only pay 5K for our corporate rate while i paid around $120 in this hotel. However, accommodation and service wise, Mandarin Oriental is 10x better. They're the best !! I wouldn't want to stay in this hotel again.

I stayed in a two bedroom suite. The size was fantastic. The rooms could use a bit more upkeep (carpet, shower doors, electronics) but otherwise the stay was pleasant. The amenities at this hotel were cheaper than any other hotel offering similar luxuries. good gym. lots of dedicated staff. Locaton excellent, cleanest side of manila! Not a lot of nightlife.

Convenient for my family because it's closer to the shopping malls but i was not happy with the room. It smells bad most especially for a person who has asthma. They should have given me a non smoking room, which they did not, although we asked for it. The hotel should change their bed blankets, it's tearing apart. otherwise I don't mind staying again in this hotel. Housekeeping were good. Hotel is close to the malls.

Firstly, the setting of the hotel was great. It even has a connection to the mall nearby. On the other hand, the elevators are slow and check-in takes a long time. The rooms are big and have a nice view over the city of Manila. The restaurants to me are pretty expensive, and they don't seem to have many customers - mainly because of the mall (food is cheaper there). The swimming pool was very cold and it was very windy, due to the high-rise buildings... not really a pleasure, especially when it's december. The room has all the amenities and facilities for its room type. The swimming pool water was really cold and the weather was windy, due to the high-rise buildings. The staff was quick and friendly. There was a big buffet for breakfast with all kinds of food for different likings. The place was very clean and not dusty. There was a separate child pool, but it was very low. Also, the wind and the cold water was not the best thing for children to have fun in. There is a good enough variety of childrens' meals, but the types of food could have been a bit more healthy. Almost everything was fast-food type, for a quite high price. Chicken nuggets and french fries, which you can get anywhere, were quite expensive compared to some from the McDonalds'. This hotel belongs to a chain of quality and comfortable hotels. It has friendly staff and it is near to entertainment facilities. Nearby to shopping malls and entertainment facilities, but a little far from the airport. The hotel's shuttle was very expensive, but there were many taxi's around.

This was our second visit to the Holiday Inn Galleria. The hotel is very well located being connected to the Robinson Mall and very close to the Mega Mall and Podium.Makati is a very short taxi or car ride away and the downtown area is only 30 mins away, less when the traffic is not so bad. Rooms are a great size and the views are also very good. Pool area is adequate but the gym aerobic equipment could do with upgrading. It was good to see on our second visit that the restaurant and lifts had been upgraded. We would stay here again for the location, size and standard of rooms and value for money.

The hotel, with comfortable rooms, is well located adjacent to a shopping centre (direct access), if this is your area of interest. Unfortunately the surrounding high rise buildings limit guest privacy in and take away most of the sun from the swimming pool area. The buffet breakfast suits any taste. We enjoyed our stay and will return again.

This hotel is perfect for its location and value. Staff are friendly and professional. Everything is great except that the reception lobby is small. Buffet breakfast is excellent. The fact that it is connected to Robinson's Galleria Mall is one of its best features.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Galleria for 10 nights and found the staff were extremely friendly with excellent service skills. The location was fantastic, just above Robinson's Plaza- a four story shopping complex, you could just take the lifts down and be right in the shopping centre. We found it value for money and would go back there anytime.

I had a one Bedroom exec. suite, but the living rom has no TV and just a small love seat, very big waste of space! The hotel is clean but security is lax as anyone can come up and knock on your door with out clearing security. This hotel is not bad but I was not "blown away" Four stars but def. not 5.

This was a pleasant area to stay in, and the hotel and facilities were well maintained. The rooms were very good size, with sitting areas and refrigerators. The hotsl connects to a mall which allows vistors close proximity to stores and restaurants.

We made a very quick trip there to attend the LDS Temple, so our use of much other than "neccessities" was limiited. Everything seemed very nice, friendly, helpful. I do think that perhaps it could use a small amount of upgrading or at least fine-detailing - wall paper peeling in corners, etc., but otherwise quite a nice place!! an extra blanket or cover on the bed wouldn't hurt either. (we could have requested it, like we did extra towels)
