The Mabuhay Manor Hotel is small is size but big in services. The rooms are spacious and clean, customer service and all the staff are polite and accommodating with querries. Very cheap and location is close to public transport or hotel service can take you to shops or entertainment area with minimal price. I will stay in this hotel the next time I visit Manila and I recommend it to family and friends....

Ok for staying one night, but it didn't feel very safe. Poor doors and easy outside excess through several open doors arround the building.
