Have previously stayed here a number of times, but am sorry to say the standard has now decreased significantly. I was in a De Luxe room which however had nothing but the very barest essentials. For example, no drinking water, no tea making facilities, no tissues, no slippers, bathrobes etc, minimal and cheap soap, an empty shampoo dispenser, all of which were previously standard room accessories. Complimentary breakfast also used to be part of the charge, but no more. This hotel seems to have adopted a policy of providing the minimal amount of facilities as the market will allow, which is a shame as this used to be a high standard 3 star hotel. I will not return here

rooms needs to be refurnished,drapes/curtains needs to be clean, windows so filthy and stinking,coffee/tea making hotel only supply hot water, bought an internet card at their desk and paid it cash but its still in my bill, because aircon is possitioned in outer balcony windows and to be left open therefor noise from traffic could not be blocked out day or night,on the whole this hotel is well below average even at the prices it charges this is the third hotel I have stayed in Manila and as the room was classed as Deluxe really glad I hadn't booked a standard room is my room was classed as one of the better rooms in the hotel.one thing in there favour was they did change bed sheets every day.

There was no breakfast included in the Room rate, and this may have been due to the reduction in price due to the Hotel Travel.com discount. Therefore it had to be paid in cash. The room was fine, the bathroom is showing its age thesedays but overall it is still a friendly well located basic family hotel. The catering isn't up to standard but then there are so many restaurants to chose from locally, why compete. Robinsons is within walking distance so most needs are catered for there at varying prices. The location far outweighs other factors in the long term.

I actually booked this hotel from the USA for my mother.
The booking process was painless. As promised, hoteltravel.com emailed me after 24 hours about the confirmation and no hassles whatsoever during their stay.
Easy to do business with.

The front desk staff are unfriendly. We found long human hair on the bathroom floor. An old ugly building blocked the view on our windows. The breakfast menu is pretty basic and overpriced. For $5 more, you can get a better hotel just one block from Las Palmas, on Roxas Boulevard, facing Manila Bay with good buffet breakfast. Las Palmas is an awful hotel, period!

I was booked for "Superior Room" but they gave me the " Room" . According to the pictures shown in the website of Las Palmas Hotel the rooms "Room" and "Superior Room" were different. I saw some insects like cockroach in the bathroom. The noise level is awful. The room is not sound proof that the conversations and moanings from the other room can be heard. Time waiting for taxi service was long.
