A little far away from Asian Mall but their transfer/taxi service good to this problem. Sometimes hotel`s car occupied but taxi ordered by respetion helped to this problem. All ok." The staff was very very friendly and helpful. from the front desk, driver to the bell boy everyone showed kindness and professionalism that i have experience very few times in U.S. if you are looking for a big hotel with all the luxuries this is not the hotel for you but if you are looking for good service and quiet rooms this is an excellent choice. the hotel is located right in Manila so if you have never travellled to the Philippines be aware of the crowded streets and heavy traffic. my overall stay at the Best Western was very good and God willing plan to stay there again in the future.
