The Front desk never had any change, and it was tedious having to deal with them. The bell boys were friendlier and much more helpful with luggage and advice. No hurry to return to this hotel, as the prices did not make it a good value for the average traveler.

Merit is even near to NAIA, EDSA complex and Makati, Mabini district. It takes more than 15 minutes to nearest 7/11 by walk to buy tel-card, drink and missellaneous small things for traveler. If you invite friends to room midnight, hotel put exstra charge on. Room refrigerator is empty. Airconditioning is very awkward but it works anyway. Staff if o.k. particulary at business senter is fine. To dine, You'd go out for Mall of Asia within few minutes by taxi. Conclusion is dusit and/or heritage is my better choice for next visit to Manila.
