"Room was clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and efficient. Taxis are readily available, and you can hire a car at the front desk. Only thing I can fault is the check-in procedures. A little bit slow and confused - tried to give me 2 Double Beds when I had specifically asked for a King Size Bed. I did get the King size bed eventually. Would recommend this Hotel if you are visiting Manila"

"The breakfast downstairs in the main d restaurant was really good! I would say that this is the BEST breakfast available out of all the places we went to (Makati Prime Towers, Belfranlt Bagguio, and Marco Vincent in Porto Galera). They had lots of delicious American food to choose from. The pancakes were very g good. They also had lots of fresh fruits, juices and cereals. .The bad part of the hotel is that there are a lot of disgusting smokers hanging out and smoking near the elevators on EVERY floor! Smoking in this hotel is illegal yet I never found myself near one of the elevators without having to breath in the sickening and foul smelling cigarrette smoke from those disgusting smokers. There are security guards on all floors so I wonder why they do not use those security guards to kick out and ban all smokers from the hotel? I had one other problem with this hotel. When I I wanted to change some of my American Dollars into pesos at the hotel's Casino on the 3rd floor, I walked right in and they kicked me out because I was wearing shorts! What kind of casino kicks out a guest because they are wearing shorts? This is the Philippines! one of the hottest places on earth to visit with a 95 degree average temperature who the hell is going to wear long pants?? so from then on decided to only change my money at the money exchange in any of the SM department storess.. Please excuse any spelling mistakes, the programmer who built this java applete survey box left in way too many bugs and I cant see what I am typing. Anyway, the Heritage Hotel has excellent American breakfasts, an extremely helpful and polite staff, and they need to start banning all smokers from the hotel to make it a better place. The odd thing I found is that in the elevator the pool is listed on the 3rds floor, but if you follow the signs, it brings you down a very long hallway and down 3 flights of stairs and outside of the building to the main restaurant where you will find the outside pool. So my guess is that a long long time ago they had a n indoor pool on the second or third floor. So save yourself time and just go down to the lobby, turn left into the main restaurant and go directly to t the pool! much much faster and easier!! The rooms were clean, but they have NO wifi!! Please complain to the front desk and let them know they should have free wifi. They only need to hook up a few routers and they would be set. Everything was clean and good, except for the awful, disgusting ciggarette smoke near all elevators. This hotel needs to start a total ban on smoking. They also need to start setting up free WIFI in all rooms. Right now there is no internet. Everyone was extremely nice and friendly. the breakfast in the main restaurant was the best in Manila! I didnt try the other meals though.ugh. just beware that they have a problem with people illegally smoking near elevators. They need to have the security guards on every floor stop and ban all smokers. right in Manila. Its near the airport, its near the SM Sucat mall, near the Mall center of Makati, near the old city of Intramuros, and its near the US Embassy and near the fun strip of Roxas Road. Always at least 2 taxis waiting out front."
