The breakfast downstairs in the main d restaurant was really good! I would say that this is the BEST breakfast available out of all the places we went to (Makati Prime Towers, Belfranlt Bagguio, and Marco Vincent in Porto Galera). They had lots of delicious American food to choose from. The pancakes were very g good. They also had lots of fresh fruits, juices and cereals. .The bad part of the hotel is that there are a lot of disgusting smokers hanging out and smoking near the elevators on EVERY floor! Smoking in this hotel is illegal yet I never found myself near one of the elevators without ...

Conveniently located near airport and SM Mall of Asia (complementary hotel shuttle service to latter one). Swimming pool is in an awful state and needs urgent repair/improvement.

Recently, I checked out of the hotel to go airport but was caught in the typhoon and had to return back to the hotel. Instead of giving us special room rate or same rate as per our earlier booking, they charged me higher rate due to the over demand caused by the typhoon, very disappointed.

Good location for overnight stay between flights but, being on a busy junction, it is not the quietest hotel I've stayed in.

staying w/superior room was not worth it. Carpet lots of dark spot, curtains are very old and double bed are small . I must say honestly, lots of noise during night time in the hall way, very disturbing during our sleep. Old Christmas decors in the lobby. Foods are very good but the restaurant are quite old and should have a Restaurant make over.

I usually stay at this hotel on my trips to manila. It is very accesible to the airport and a few minute taxi ride to one of asia's largest mall- The SM Mall of Asia. The hotel staff were very friendly and accomodating. they even upgrade my accomodation to the club floor. For people en route to other destinations via manila but needs to stay overnight, this would be the hotel of choice.

i thought heritage is a 5 star hotel but in my own opinion it isn't.Their bathroom is not really functioning right.my kids are afraid to take a shower because the water temperature is not is not consistently the same. I almost scald my self of the water temperature sometimes it get cold and sometimes it get really really hot. Those bell boys are not very friendly.i have two little kids with me and one day we get back in the hotel my two kids were sleeping and ofcourse it takes time for me to get out from the car i was riding and those bell boy ordered me to move the car away from the hotel. all i can say is i will never use this hotel again nor recommend it to my friends

I was very happy with the hotel and its location for my purposes. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Even though food there was a little pricey, I would reccomend this hotel to everyone. A special thank you to the guys in housekeeping! You always did a great job! Salamat!!

Smoking in this hotel is illegal yet I never found myself near one of the elevators without having to breath in the sickening and foul smelling cigarrette smoke from those disgusting smokers. There are security guards on all floors so I wonder why they do not use those security guards to kick out and ban all smokers from the hotel? I had one other problem with this hotel. When I I wanted to change some of my American Dollars into pesos at the hotel's Casino on the 3rd floor, I walked right in and they kicked me out because I was wearing shorts! What kind of casino kicks out a guest because they are wearing shorts? This is the Philippines! one of the hottest places on earth to visit with a 95 degree average temperature who the hell is going to wear long pants?? so from then on decided to only change my money at the money exchange in any of the SM department storess.. Please excuse any spelling mistakes, the programmer who built this java applete survey box left in way too many bugs and I cant see what I am typing. Anyway, the Heritage Hotel has excellent American breakfasts, an extremely helpful and polite staff, and they need to start banning all smokers from the hotel to make it a better place. The odd thing I found is that in the elevator the pool is listed on the 3rds floor, but if you follow the signs, it brings you down a very long hallway and down 3 flights of stairs and outside of the building to the main restaurant where you will find the outside pool. So my guess is that a long long time ago they had a n indoor pool on the second or third floor. So save yourself time and just go down to the lobby, turn left into the main restaurant and go directly to t the pool! much much faster and easier!! The rooms were clean, but they have NO wifi!! Please complain to the front desk and let them know they should have free wifi. They only need to hook up a few routers and they would be set. Everything was clean and good, except for the awful, disgusting ciggarette smoke near all elevators. This hotel needs to start a total ban on smoking. They also need to start setting up free WIFI in all rooms. Right now there is no internet. Everyone was extremely nice and friendly. the breakfast in the main restaurant was the best in Manila! I didnt try the other meals though.ugh. just beware that they have a problem with people illegally smoking near elevators. They need to have the security guards on every floor stop and ban all smokers. right in Manila. Its near the airport, its near the SM Sucat mall, near the Mall center of Makati, near the old city of Intramuros, and its near the US Embassy and near the fun strip of Roxas Road. Always at least 2 taxis waiting out front.

It was my first time to stay here but I didn't get the service I wanted. The person who checked us in wasn't friendly at all. I think they need to orient their staff to be more polite to the guest. I've been to several hotels here in Manila but this is the only rated five star hotel that didn't meet my expectation. I don't think I will recommend this to anybody especially to couples with kids and more so to stay there again.

Kudos for all the staff, from the door openers to the hotel personnel to the security...They were all very polite and gracious....The other staff should learn from them...Despite the demeanor of some guest, they have their beautriful warm smiles and it really is a very warm welcome ....I believe we will stay in this hotel again next year......Great job.....congratulations.. Sincerely, Ms Elsa Mirano USA

Staff is very friendly, hotel is located in a very accessible area, room is spacious and the cost is reasonable; the only negative thing I can say about the hotel is the swimming pool, the carpets, rooms smell of cigarettes, these ares need to be improved. If I have to rate the hotel as a whole, I will rate it a 3.

The hotel was very nice although the room was starting to look a bit shabby in places. The staff were friendly but they weren't as proffessional as other hotels I have stayed in of a similar type.

THE HOTEL HAS VERY NICE FACILITIES AND THE LOCATION IS VERY ACCESSIBLE. THE STAFF ARE NOT REALLY ACCOMMODATING AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. THE FRONT DESK IS VERY BUSY SO THE STAFF HAVE NO TIME TO BE FRIENDLY. I THINK THEY NEED MORE TRAINING WITH QUALITY SERVICE SINCE THIS HOTEL NEEDS TO BE 5 STAR NOT ONLY FACILITY-WISE BUT SERVICE-WISE ALSO.
