Before i judged this hotel as very good, but after my last stay it hs been decreased very fast. Ordered breakfast items need about 10/15 minutes before serving. Cleaning very poor, dirty glasses not removed. The worst thing is that in a conflict-situation between guest and the persons from outside, the hotel choose the side if the other persons and not the side of the guest and not the guest " who is paying the hotel". Take my advice and dont stay this hotel............ My overall idea was that 90% of the staff had not any idea that they worked in a service industry........

I thought the overall hotel was great and the rooms where very nice for the price that we paid $85usd. The only problem I had with this hotel was the price of the room service and mini bar - 700 peso for a glass of win and 250 peso for a small wafer biscuit was extremely excessive I thought. Avoit the mini bar and food and you will enjoy your stay.

An excellent hotel but a little overpriced for the Philippines. Staff was very friendly, room was clean and the facilities (pool, gym, etc) were excellent. The location is a bit of a turn-off as it'...
