Room service was good . The room was very clean . No bath tub, but since I don't like it, it was ok for me. Don't know if other room has a bathtub.
As the location is in the centre of Malate, is very noisy. If you need a quiet place, ask for higher floors. For a reasonable price, you'll have a clean room in the centre of Malate. You can ask for room services and the food is very good !...

My first visit to Manila and but not my first my choice of Hotel. I was pleasantly surprised with what I was offered as an alternative as I later found out the Hotel I wanted was in a rather seedy part of town. Friendly staff, easy check in / out, slightly out dated furnishings etc but all in good condition. Needed a electric plug adapter at 3 am in the morning and received within 5 mins of my request. Opposite the Casino and 2 blocks from the bayside. Would stay here again.

i am having a lot of troubles because the reception stuff stel my money from the credit card! They said to give the credit card fot verification if we eat something from the mini bar but the steal my money from the card. Now at home i realized what they did. The stuff is very bad, please be careful.

I requested one double bed and 1 single bed and got two single beds instead. I complained and I was told they will get back to me. they did not. uncomfortable for the 3 of us the whole 4 days.

Toilet leaked, 3 attempts to repair but still leaked.
Wi Fi expensive so did not use.
Could not get small banknotes from cashier, have you ever known a taxi driver to have change? on 4 seperate days i asked for 20 peso notes and was told that they had none.
Location very prone to children and people begging.
Very close to Robinsons department store.
Close to many restaurants.
Less that 30 minutes from airport.

This hotel is located in the crowded mabini street. The hotel is is clean. The breakfast is reasonable. The hotel is close to the robinsson mall and Roxas blvd. Overall a reasonable hotel for a reasonable price - nothing special but a good place to sleep.
