Overall, our 2 days of stay at the hotel was pleasant and satisfactory. The room was clean and spacious. We also felt secured and noise level was almost none. The breakfast included was good. However, a couple of things we noticed, there was a leak in the toilet although we're not sure where it was coming from. And during checkout the service desk took a while in verifying the payment I made through the agency. This should have been accomplished prior to checkout so that we need not wait for almost an hour just for the service desk to verify the payment. We stayed for 2 nights and they only did the verification during checkout. Although they did apologized for the inconvenience but still it was a hassle.

Problems were;
a) It was noisy since the hotel is building an extension right next door
b) I requested somenone to repair the room safe but no-one ever arrived or any reason given
c) breakfast was just ok - could have been much better
d) toilet was a problem to flush
Positives were:
a) staff were generally very friendly
b) location not too far from large Robinson's shopping mall or Rizal park
