Room and bathroom are clean, but appreciated most was efficient and friendly service of entire staff.

The house keeping dept failed to clean the room or change the sheets, Phone calls were received in the middle of the night, claiming to be a wake up call, even though no wake up call was arranged. Very convienent to US emabassy and St Lukes medical faclility

They wont let you "charged" in your room (restaurant bill) if your deposit money is already been consumed while you are still staying in the hotel for few more nights its rediculous why? as if you gonna ran away and not pay them??????poor management

Its Ok but its time to contract a painter. The rooms we paid for was "sold out" so we was offered upgrade for the same price, nice. Good food in tha restuarant and polite service. Hotel van was more expensive than taxi, but a good alternativ for us (6 persons). New van and good driver.

i was expecting that they have a coffee maker in the room but they don't. the pillows are very tough can give you an ache on the neck and i thought that they have a buffet breakfast as they advertised but they dont. one more thing there's no clock in the room and they don't have that wake up call...........??????????????

We have utilized the hotel for numerous years now. The staff is always friendly and willing to support our request. The room expenses are very reasonable and well maintained since the remodeling. Cherry Blossom hotel has been remodeled. They continue to strive to provide the best service that comes with the hotel ammenidies. The staff works very hard to ensure the area and rooms are maintained in a good state of cleaniness. Many social functions are ongoing throughout the year at the hotel along with a club establishment. The noise level never was a concern over the years we stayed there. The hotel is designed to have a extravigant night live. A casual coffee/bar is available in the lobby area. A night club opens in the evening hours for those who wish to listen to music and dance. A great, (safe) location in Ermita that is convenently located within walking distance to Robinson's Shopping Mail. We look forward to our visit next month.
