I've stayed several times at the Imperial basically because it is extremely well located in Quezon City. Nearby entertainment and dinning venues is also a plus. I really enjoy the small swimming pool in the top floor....

My parents went there for a short family trip and found the place really good. It was beyond their expectations. It was good, clean, very comfortable. The staff were also very accommodating. The area was also very convenient. Not too noisy, not too far away from the main roads. All in all, it was well worth the money.

We booked this hotel for our Valentine's day celebrating. My initial plan was to book a hotel in Baguio but we didn't due to family request. The hotel is located in a central location in Quezon city, in the hotel building itself there are 3 or 4 different restaurants and the streets around it are loaded with restaurants and bars. We stayed in the hotel 2 nights, in a 1 bedroom which is a bedroom and a guest room with full kitchen in it. but hot water in the bathroom only. the room was a non-smoking, and something we didn't know in advance, in a non smoking room you are not allow to cook. we stayed in the 9th floor facing elliptical square. the view from our room was of an ordinary urban. the rooms were very clean, with air condition unit in both of them. we had an modern digital safe in the room which was very handy, and more hangers in the wardrobe than we had in others hotels. The washroom had a bathtub in it, the water pressure was excellent and hot and cold water. the water are heated in a heater located bellow the sink. The bedroom was ok, the bed took almost all the space of it, but since we had the guest room it wasn't a problem. we found the bed mattress to be to soft specially in the middle, what forced us to hug each other, not bad in this case. The TV set located in the guest room, and it's impossible to watch from the bedroom. The room service was excellent, when ever we needed something it was delivered very fast, equipment or food. the room has a balcony

I always stay at the Imperial Palace when I travel to Manila because I need to be in QC. This is without doubt the best place to stay in terms of cost/quality. Great offer of restaurants and enternainment just around the corner. Also easy to get transportation.

Imperial is a good choisce for those who need to stay in Quezon City area. I've been a regular customer since 2005 and there is no other hotel with this ratio price/service.

My inner reaction...at the front desk was like..."I am not coming to your hotel for free...I am paying for it!" .....There should be more professionalism at the front dext.....no matter how the client dressed up....! Thank you for giving me an opprtunity to comment...Danny

My room had a problem with hot water. I had to call everytime I had to take a shower. I finally figured it out myself that I had to unplug and plug back the wate heater for it to work right. Also, I think the beds in our bedroom had bed bugs because my son and I got insect bites on our body.

The staff were the most friendly that I have come across, especially in a business type hotel. When away on business that sort of service is apprciated. But if you can avoid the breakfasts I would...
