This is our second stay at the Atrium. The cock roaches were worse this time. The AC would automatically shut down at 1:30 AM, so they had to be restarted daily to not wake up sweating. One AC failed and had to be repaired. The batteries in one remote went bad. Removed them and laid aside and the cleaning staff put them back in without replacing them. The location is easy to get transportation from as the LRT, buses, jeepneys and taxis are right at hand. Plenty of food, but no major shopping without taking transportation.

I checked it out online first at hotel travel and I was grabbed by the price. When I got there I wasn't expecting much, but, the staff was excelllent, hospitable, and just friendly. My room on the top floor was nice. It had 2 tvs, a huge bed, and a large bathroom with all the nice little toiletries I could think of. I looked in the closet, there were little disposable slippers waiting for me. It was nice, I looked in the little fridge, and lo and behold, there were drinks already ice cold. I couldn't find an iron, so i called housekeeping, and they brought me one in the time it took for me to hang up and walk to the door. There's a nice bar on the 15th floor, the bartender's really cool and down to earth. As I was looking for the men's room, I noticed a door with a sign over it that said Casino. Hmmm... I walked in and yep it was a nice little casino with music and kareoke. Its realy a nice stay. There's no wait for taxi service there's always a car ready, and my driver knows shortcuts to everywhere, and he's very knowledgable about the city and he'll give you a heads up on how to bargain and where to get the best prices on stuff. Is this the best kept secret? I hope I didn't let the cat out of the bag, 'cause I'm in love with the price.

I feel that this hotel is already challanged by its location and surrounding neighbohood, the last thing this hotel needs is a poor staff.....and thats exactly what it has....None of the staff seemed like they were in the hospitality business, this place needs some smiling faces, and positive attitude training.

The room was large with lounge area. No additional cost was incurred for 2 additional relatives to our family of 3 who stayed overnight using existing bedding.

First, here is Philippines. Second, you must know it. Then this hotel is very valuable. Suite looking ocean view has enough space for even families. Although some equipment is not so new and fashionable, staffs are kind, LRT station is just few steps away, inside mall sells minimum necessary goods even internet cafe there. to book, must ask suite for ocean view and upper floor better without saying.

Bathroom need renovation due to wallpaper is almost falldown. Towel are old. But I like this hotel because easy use of LRT(Train), next shopping complex and room is wide enough. My best point to stay this hotel is very nice view from room and wide room size. It is worth to stay with this room rate. Hopefully business center(internet) can be use in next time... (Always out of order for past 3 times??)

The room was large and comfortable, but the carpet was a mess. The room was quiet and comfortable. Good hot water with good pressure, rare in Manila. The hotels car service was 4 times that of a cab. The neighborhood was not safe at night. But there was a nice shopping area in the same building. The restaurant was very nice, clean with good food and good service. Room service was quick and efficient. Staff was friendly, polite and professional. Basically a fair value for the price.

After 10 minute wait for room prep, no towels, initially no water in minibar, no remote for AC or TV. No safe for valuables. Temperature adjusted a little to high to be comfortable the first night. 2nd night ok after complaint. Slow checkout process, 15 minutes.

Car parking is no good. You gonna pay a lot of money if you park your vehicle overnight in this hotel. The size of the room is considerably good, but the carpet and some wood panels need changing.

This hotel is very attractive with many quality features desired by travellers. There could be some improvements made regarding communication between management and guest concerning checkin/ out expectations. We were denied access to our room one hour prior to check out time.

Staff was very unprofessional and not courteous. This was a repeat visit. The reason I went back was the great service from my initial visit. The return was unlike the initial and I doubt that I would return. Customer service is vital to me! But not a bad location.

Close to the Manila airport, great price. The area around the hotel is rather seedy with extremely busy with noisy traffic that never lets up all night. The business centre could not get their dial-up internet to work for me but there were inexpensive internet cafes near the hotel that provided good service.

What I liked most about this hotel is that Jollibee is just downstairs. There are also shops below the hotel. It's also accessible to public transportation.
The hotel needs to put up a more conspicuous signage so that guests and taxi drivers can easily locate it.
