We liked the people who worked there. They were very friendly and very helpful. They bent over backwards to help us out. They made our stay enjoyable....

Astoria has a relaxing, homey and friendly athmosphere. The staff are excellent! very friendly and polite from the moment I stepped in until I checked out, especially the housekeeping, security and the reception as well as the whole concierge team. They definitely know how to treat a guest, the service was like in a 5 star international (the come where I work manages 5 star international luxury hotels) .
Another thing I like the most is the fact that they dont make a fuzz about anything, they definitely made me feel welcomed. They made my check in a very quick manner but very professional. I would love to stay there again later in the year.

I was impressed of breakfast menu compare to other 3 star hotels, my kids loved it. My visitors impression on interior design and size as well as my own observation is commendable. The only regret is location where it took me an hour or more to find the hotel's access way (first time).

The internet facility is horrible. Charges are way too high. On top of that, I was literally crawling on the "broadband" until I gave up after 1 hour without accessing my email.
Breakfast "choices" is almost no choice

the hotel is more of a condominium than a hotel. it a nice place a very good value for money. it is applicable for families who want to spend time away from home. my finace and i are just 2 so the room was too much for what we need. it was nice but a little bit far from the main road. a shuttle service was provided though for a driop off and a pick up from the malls which i think was an excellent service.

The hotel staff are really excellent in service as well as courtesy. If I were to go to Manila again I would certainly choose the Astoria. The location too is very good considering the LRT station and bus stations are only walking distance.

The Astoria Plaza said airport transport was complimentary, but I was charged P990. They did provide transport to nearby businesses and malls as a service. The Halls were poorly ventilated and smelly. Staff was friendly, especially in the bar/restaurant.

When i got there, i was early, so the room was still being cleaned, so i waited at the lobby. after 30 minutes of waiting, i approached the fron desk again and the room was already available, they didnt even bother calling my attention that it was already ready/available. A group of people came in around 15 minutes after i came, and they were served first. they got their room ahead of me. I requested for a queen or king size bed, they gave me two twin beds.
