A HotelTravel.com Member, Australia "Room quite small but sufficient. The sofas in the lounge room is uncomfortable and the blinds needs fixing. Staff are very friendly and helpful all the time. For the money we paid, it's very reasonable. Of course, we didn't expect a five star service but it's pretty good for the price. The only problem I had was that there was no bell boy when we arrived so we have to carry all our baggages ourselves and the reception didn't even assist us in getting a trolley.
