The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times throughout my stay. However, although the location is great, understand that this is not a "hotel": there is no pool, fitness center, restaurant, bar, etc. This is an apartment style accomodation, so you have a large bedroom and a kitchen with appliances and dishes, and a decent sized refrigerator, which was what I liked the most. Unfortunately, the cable tv is very scrambled and difficult to see at times. The last two nights I stayed no one cleaned the room, which was slightly disappointing due to the price. However, due to the location and graciousness of the staff, I would recommend Amorsolo Mansion for anyone planning a stay in Manila.
