Better value for money than other hotels we used to stay in Makati. I will definitely come back to stay in this hotel and recommed it to my workmates (As long as they keep their prices lower than the other Makati Hotels)!...

This is a no frills, but good Hotel. The access by taxi is difficult as there are a number of one way streets, and the Hotel address being the corner of two obscure streets, and online map are not good source material. If you tell the dirver the Hotel is located at Paseo de Roxan, across from Greenbelt one, that gets you in the area. This is my second time to stay, so that speaks for itself. An inproved online map would help alot

This is a good location for accessing the mall and MRT train systems. Make sure you find the route through the school so you do not have to walk around. The front of the center is literally across the street from the mall.

This is a business class hotel just opposite Greenbelt 3 in Makati. It is very good value for money because at $50 for a modern good standard room - albeit smallish - with good aircon, security box, comfortable queen bed, good facilities in room.
Breakfast was ok for a westerner but I got a rate without breakfast and then could choose the restaurant or the delice de france in the lobby - but with Greenbelt just opposite, there is no problem getting the highest of standards that you want in food terms at any hour.
Security was good and there was no interference. Broadband is free in the rooms. Plenty of taxis. A very good choice for high standards on a budget.

This is a pretty old place, and the furnishings are of equal age. Clean enough, great staff, price is the motivator for me to stay again, and I would. No lounge chairs at the pool

Very nice hotel near lots of shopping and restaurants. The only problem we had was getting fresh towels sent to the room. Yes, I would stay at this hotel again when visiting Manila.

This was probably one of the worst places I have ever stayed at. My family and I will definately never stay there again. It was filthy. We did not even want to walk on the floors without shoes in fear of catching something. The bathroom was relatively clean. the walls in the bedroom were very dirty. Nothing a good scrubbing wouldn't fix. the air conditioning vents were very dirty with cob webs and other debris hanging from them. the room did have a personal safe and a TV set which worked. The beds felt like they would fall apart. No transportation included in the room charge. the room was 80 USD but transportation to the airport was an additional 30 USD for a van. Completely dissatisfied with the experience.

My wife and I had an overall good 15-day stay. The room is somewhat small but clean and tidy but the airconditioning rattled throughout the night. Maintenance people tried to fix this but with no success. We had to demand to be transferred which took 2 days to happen. The pleasantness and professionalism of the staff somehow made up for this inconvenience, as the rest of our stay was pleasant and restful. The location is the real selling point for this hotel as the commercial/shopping district is just a short stroll away. The restaurant/bistro was a nice quiet place to entertain friends but the food was a disappointment. Just stick to drinks/coffee/tea instead and enjoy the chill out music.
Quite a bonus to get free internet connection in the room. A network cable and simple DIY config instructions were provided. But don't expect broadband speed yet it did the job with checking emails and internet banking.
i have already recommended AIM to relatives and friends and may end up staying there again next time around. The stay was good value for money regardless.

We were in transit to boracay and had to stay one night in manila. We chose a cheap hotel because we were only staying a few hours there. If i were staying more than a night i would choose a more expensive hotel, upscale hotel.
this was perfect for what we needed: cheap relatively clean place to sleep for a few hours.
we did arrange for a transfer from NAIA to AIM but we never found our ride. we ended up taking a taxi. in retrospect that worked out far far better because the taxi ride was only 350p while the cost for a transfer provided by AIM was 1300p. i would recommend not using AIM transportatiomn taxis to and from the int'l, domestic airports and the hotel, you'll save 40 us dollars.

I had booked my motel stay in advance of arrival but when I arrived my room had been sold out to someone else and I was transferred by walking down the street to another motel. Our flight came in late so we were exhausted and found our room not available!!! At 12:30 a.m. that is very frustrating and disheartening when arriving in a foriegn country and expecting a safe place to stay. Sincerely Disappointed

I would recommend this place to all visitors who love to shop and be close to the nightlife. Because the hotel is situated in the financial district, the staff are courtesy to all travellers from all countries. The hotel is walking distant from the shopping mall center where you can find good food for cheap prices as well as retail stores and theaters. At night, the restaurants located in the mall becomes the local hangout for the residents as well as visitors of Manila. I really enjoyed my stay at AIM conference center.

It was overall average, but don't ever use the phone in your room, they totally rip you off!!! The room wasn't as clean as I thought it would be, but it was OK. Location is pretty good as it's in Greenbelt.
