MY HUSBAND BOOKED MY STAY PRIOR TO MY FLYING BACK TO BRISBANE AUST, WHAT A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, EVERYTHING WE REQUESTED THEY GOT WRONG. NO TOWELS, NO MINI BAR, PUT ONTO A SMOKERS FLOOR AND MY POOR HUSBAND HAD TO RING FROM AUST TO TRY CORRECT EVERYTHING. (HIS COMMENTS I CANT PRINT) HOWEVER HE DID SAY THE STAFF SEEMED RUDE AND LACKED ENGLISH LANGUAGE SKILLS. "NEVER AGAIN" WILL I STAY THERE, I JUST HOPE THE MARCO POLO HE HAS BOOKED FOR ME ON RETURN TO DAVAO WILL BE BETTER.......WE HAVE STAYED AT THE GRAND MEN SENG MANY TIMES AND IS CERTAINLY 100% BETTER THAN THE ROYAL MANDAYA.......
