The only critism i would have for the crown was the noise levels at night from activities to do with work. Thou this could easily be minimised with a little care from staff working outside and to the rear of the hotel. But the staff are so friendly and polite i could not complain. the room needs a mini bar. hot water supply in the bathing area was not upto standard. the staff were extremely courteous, friendly, efficient and professional and very helpful. lighting in the room was also average.
