the hotel was absolutely beautiful !the exterior was a little deceiving but once you got inside it was beautiful and spacious and the staff were the most friendly people i have ever met.the room was very large and equally as beautiful with the solid marble bathroomsand furnishings .the hotel really pampered me the hole time i was there.the restuarants at the hotel were excellant if i remember right there were 5 all different types of food i never had a bad meal.the ammenity were all excellant from the weight room too the massage room.i would really like too thank hotel travel for putting me in...

I was scheduled to stay at this hotel for 12 nights. After three I left this hotel to go stay at another one. Problems started the first night with no hot water to shower, an AC unit that stopped working during the night followed by a room full of mosquitos. The AC and water were fixed the following morning but the door to the room did not completely close and the mosquito problem continued and was terrible. Fearing possible illness from the bites I chose to go to another hotel.

as usual the staff was excellant i have stayed here 4 times and have not yet been dissapointed the only thing i didnt care for too much was the cost off the evening dinner ,since the asian summit they put a new menu for the smorge and it was a bit pricey,also they dont put hand towels in the room until the evening turn down,but on a hole every thing was excellant.the staff is extremely good

what i liked about this hotel is the staff friendlyness they are so nice even the slightest passing glance is met with a huge smile and a good morning .the only problem i had at the hotel was that it was being renovated and i was on the 6th floor and the renows were on the seventh so i could really smell the fumes from either the painting or the apoxy or what ever it was it was sometimes strong,however once it is finished it will be a very beautiful ellagant hotel in which i will deffinatly stay again

The new look restaurant area is very good but for one exception - the coffee mugs - ought to be of the more delicate type or , return to the cup and saucer. The health club was excellent.

The room is adequate, the swimming pool is basic, the staff was excellent, the buffet is good the first time around, but can get tiring after the first time. It's a solid 3 star rated hotel.

On the positive side, the staffs were friendly and helpful at all times, the entertainment lounge was perfect, a bit expensive though but good. For the price that I paid, I expected a better looking and presented hotel. It was run down,the furniture looked like they were from the pre world war days,the room was stuffy. The hotel needs a new coat of paint!! My room had a window overlooking the roof of the next building.

I only have 2 bad things to say about this hotel. 1) The room service needs to be inproved, as my orders did not always arrive to my room within the said time. 2) My room was next to somekind of generator, there was a little noise. However this did not effect my sleep. Would I uses this hotel again? YES, the hotel was very beautyiful and the staff were very friendely and helpful. Thank You............
