Outstanding room accommodations, fornt desk operations, and overall facilities within the complex itself. The satff were very professionhal and met all my expectations. Very convinient as the Trade Fair is in the hotel, location is good, restaurants within are good with the exemption of the service of the cafe in the lobby, took 1 hour to deliver my coffee, Annoying is, as the hotel is too busy, cleanliness is being forgotten.

The place itself impressed me because there are many trees around the hotel area and that made me feel I was away from the city. The staff were very friendly.
I missed the safety box in that room and the very last day our toilet bowl was clogged up! I sometimes stepped on pointed objects on the floor. The cabinet to hang clothes was very small.

A very nice hotel of 5 star standard. Very clean. Very friendly and courteous staff. Taxi cabs are always available. Lots of choices on the breakfast buffet. Paid WIFI Internet in the room with good connection speed. Offers free WIFI Internet connection in the lobby but I was not able to connect to it (I saw others being able to though). Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

The only minor complaint i have was that during the weekend the entrance way to the hotel was completely jammed due to the casino patrons. Maybe a seperate entrance would be helpful as to not interrupt the flow of hotel guest this hotel is spotless...should be considered for a 5 STAR status. The Lower level bars would need updating but easy to fix.

When we arrived around 2:30 we were told that our room wasn't ready because of the high occupancy the previous night. We were then told that we would have to wait for at least half an hour. At this point instead of just sending us awaywith our bags, it would have been much more appreciated if they would have offered us a complimentary drink or coffee while we had to wait. Otherwise the stay was quite nice.

This hotel is quite nice. Staff very hard working and friendly and very appreciative. no request impossible. taxis available from front door always and quickly. one resturant we really liked and another that was satisfactory. advertised free interned in hotel eating areas was sporatic at best. nice lobby and drinking area ajacent. one resturant we really liked and another that was satisfactory. advertised free interned in hotel eating areas was sporatic at best. nice looking pool which i visited but did not use. Standards are very good but not quite up to american. No washcloth in bath room and missing 1 sheet in bed make up. Staff is very curtious and helpful and i would stay there again. I found no recreation associated with the waterfront. it's just in the waterfront district.

Hotel had been recently renovated and was quite nice. The remodeled buffet restaurant is quite attractive and the breakfast is good. A meal at the Chinese restaurant was excellent and a very good value.

The rooms were looking old and outdated, especially the bathrooms which contained mold in and around the tub area. The staff was exceptionally nice though, which made things a little better. This place was definately over priced, higher than the Marriott, where I stay before coming to this hotel. The Marriott was much better and only eight dollars difference. Location was not as good as the Marriott which back up to one of the larger shopping Malls. Air conditionaing was not good in our first room, but they did move us after one hot night. If you like things cold try to stay on the front side, much cooler and better view of downtown. TV remotes did not work well and had to be replaced, satellite sgnal was weak at times. Breaakfast, although a big spread, the food was not as tasteful as the Marriott, bed was not as comfortable. Would not stay there again.

We were staying in a room at the third floor where we could hear the noise and the lounge singer at night coming from the bar on the second floor. The whole third floor smelled of cigarettes which I didn't like, considering I was with my husband and kids who were all asthmatic. Otherwise, everything else was excellent, from the free yummy breakfast buffet which offered a wide variety of choices, to its accessibility and friendly staff. Next time though I will try not to forget to book us in a non-smoking floor. The pool was nice, by the way.

The room was beautiful and the facilities within it were good.
The staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough for us. The drivers of the hotel cars were also excellent and managed to find the way to some awkward places. They were always happy to wait and punctual when you had finished the shopping etc. All in all a lovely hotel and I will be going back again.

The room innitially offered upon checking in was a Standard Room, rather then the Superior Room booked. This mistake was quickly rectified. Then we found the noise level from a nearby band to be unaccetpable in our room, so we requested a transfer. We were given a much quiter room. Our only complaint about the new room was that it was a smoker's room, and there was a slight smell of cigarettes. One area which needs to be improved is taxi availability. On several occasions, we had to wait for 10 to 15 minutes for a taxi. The choice and quality of food available for the buffet-style breakfast was excellent, and the service was great. Room service was also very good. The quality of the food and the service at the hotel's Port Restuarant was not as good as in that of the breakfast restaurant, but was not too bad. Overall, I would be happy to book another stay at the Waterfront if a similar discount through HotelTravel.com is available.

The room itself was fine. I recall that my room wasn't ready until late in the afternoon, and the front desk wasn't very helpful or friendly. I ordered a room service hamburger that was one of the worst burgers i ever tried to eat.
