1. Next time, check rooms first before letting customers in. The first room given to us SMELLS so bad. Use room fresheners. Don't sacrifice economy for "first impressions." 2. We requested for a hair dryer, instead, front staff sent a housekeeping staff to explain to us the charges for a hair dryer!3. Pull out posters in your lobby advertising a soothing, aromatic massage/therapy. We requested for it...3 women looking like housewives or just fresh from the streets came without anything on hand but a bottle of OIL!3. Bottomline...too much dissatisfaction. I was born and raised in the Philippines and I brought with me two foreigners; one US and Korean. I was really embarassed. The hotel does not offer any attractive package to visiting tourists. It has to be renovated....building is too old.

the room is dampy when you first enter but air it by opening the windows will do the trick, noisy air-con. Average hotel i would say! dun expect much...for people whose budget is tight this hotel will do. As for breakfast, dun expect something fantastic but will filled your stomach.
