Overall, I loved this place. Beautiful setting, many activities to keep one entertained. food and service was great. Just remember to take BRAND NEW unfolded, unmarked, untorn money to exchange as that is all they accept LOL! My only complaint is that I was unable to go to the beach without being hassled by the hawkers trying to sell everything from jetski rides to jewelry. Telling them NO repeatedly doesn't work. You have to pretend you don't see or hear them. For a place where the main selling point is being on the beach, that makes it a bit of a pain....

They make us paid $20.00 for two towels that have some blood stain on them which is very unfair.

TV in the room is awful, not clear.all above are good except the restaurant is awful. The waiters are so poorly trained and all tables are not arranged. Services just awful. Not recommend for a 4 star hotel.

No doubt, staff are nice and friendly. Bedclothes and bathroom- terrible. Near the airport but is at the very isolated place. Anyway, we enjoyed the swimming pool. Because nothing else you can do there. Tours and other activities are unbearably overpriced.

What I din't like at all is that the hotel facilities, such as beach, swimming pool etc are readily available to the general public and not only the residents resulting in overcrowding especially during weekends with no preferential treatment for the paying guests.

The hotel facilities were uniformly wonderful with 2 exceptions. I had a room at the end of the building by the sea, and as a result I had some problems. The airconditioner could not keep the room satisfactorily cool. In addition the hotel allows hawkers to stand next to the sea trying to sell people boat and jetski rides and these people are quite bold and rude. It would not have been a problem, except my room was right next to the sea. Every single time I entered or exited my room I was forced into a pointless sale spiel. I noticed other rooms did not have this problem, as the hawkers are restricted to the beach.
