"The hotel facilities were uniformly wonderful with 2 exceptions. I had a room at the end of the building by the sea, and as a result I had some problems. The airconditioner could not keep the room satisfactorily cool. In addition the hotel allows hawkers to stand next to the sea trying to sell people boat and jetski rides and these people are quite bold and rude. It would not have been a problem, except my room was right next to the sea. Every single time I entered or exited my room I was forced into a pointless sale spiel. I noticed other rooms did not have this problem, as the hawkers are restricted to the beach."

"Overall, I loved this place. Beautiful setting, many activities to keep one entertained. food and service was great. Just remember to take BRAND NEW unfolded, unmarked, untorn money to exchange as that is all they accept LOL! My only complaint is that I was unable to go to the beach without being hassled by the hawkers trying to sell everything from jetski rides to jewelry. Telling them NO repeatedly doesn't work. You have to pretend you don't see or hear them. For a place where the main selling point is being on the beach, that makes it a bit of a pain."
