Rooms are not very well appointed, needs renovating, no web access in the room and no tea coffee making facilities, airconditioner very noisy but other than that clean and quiet. Staff are friendly and efficent.

I did not like the concierge. They would order taxis and insist we pay a fixed price. This was always at least two times the price by meter. A fellow guest overheard the concierge negotiating kick backs from the drivers for this ... service. Other staff were very professional

the room is fair and has an excelelnt view overlooking the city.. beautiful sight!.. except am not much fussy about the drapes.. airconditioner makes noises.. over all the htoel showed age a lot but overall quieteness and safety i would stay again!.. staff are very helpful and friendly.. i stayed in the corner room of the hotel.. and the room is sorrounded with fancy drapes.. which im not keen about.. old furniture and bed ssqueeck..but the view itself m akes teh difference. Hotel Facilities excellent, except no internet in the room.. avalaible only in the hotel lobby or in the restaurant. food was ok.. service is just a bit slow later at lunch time.. very clean.. and the hotel policy itself forbide staff to bing some durian in the hotel..lol the hotel located in the top of the hill with mature trees and among things.. beautful.. it is considered a bit high security and yet you dont feel you been watched all teh time. they have car for hire which is affordable and if you want a metered taxi they will get it for you. all i can hear are birds in the morning..and ofcourse the airconditioner. Hotel Concierge very helpful! Hotel Entertainment Facilities good, Pool aok.. despite it is in tropical country.. water is a bit cold..

Guys this is likely the best hotel in Cagayan, its no 5 star but is clean and secure. It has wireless broadband in the foyer only available for free. Rooms are old and tired but clean. Has a restuarant and some entertainment. Its a long way out of town but has great views of the city and harbour. Its over priced but still I would stay there again given what else is on offer, I give it 3.5 stars

its a nice hotel to stay and very safe entrance security.but i think this hotel need improvement about internet cable or wireless connection in every room that no need to go down to the lobby to use your own computers thats only they dont have im goin to stay there again

This hotel is a little way from the main town. It's the only real resort style hotel around and sets it's prices accordingly. The rooms are nothing special. You have to get taxis to go anywhere. In comparison with other hotels in the area it is way over priced. You can pick up a similar hotel room right in the town for about half the price and with breakfast included! I was really disappointed with this hotel and will not be going back there unless they drop their prices considerably

the room was nice and clean. it was spacous and nicely decorated. the grounds were clean and secure and the staff was polite and friendly. i'll be back next year.

This is by far, no 5 star hotel. Remember, it is in the Philippines. The room, and everything about the hotel was tired in every catagory, and you can't even drink the water from the faucet (there is a sign above the sink in the CR stating it is not safe to drink). Location was a bit far from everything, and the taxi drivers know this. At least nothing was stolen from the room.
