 Sea Wind Resort can be accessed by one of two airports that serve Boracay. Kalibo Airport where tourists travel overland for 1.5 - 2 hours to Caticlan Jetty Port by air conditioned bus/shuttle (available at the airport). There is also the Caticlan Airport which serves small passenger planes and is about 10 minutes away by car or tricycle to the jetty port - the jump off point where boats depart for the island await every visitor. Please state arrival times when booking, if known.
A HotelTravel.com Member, United States "suggest wireless internet available in the rooms not just lobby area. sugest place to rinse/wash feet before going to rooms to remove sand/mud. warn tours to bat caves of "guide" trying to charge minimum of 300 pesos per person. the "driver" signaled the guide as he drove by his home and the "guide" followed on motorbike. the "guide" said there was an entrance fee of 50 per person and 100 for rental of a flashlight. this seemed resonable. no mention was made of anything else. after the tour, the "guide" said it was 300 per person minimum and he had an "offical guide card". my friend asked him where it was and he then said never mind. the "driver" was arranged by the hotel staff."
