warn tours to bat caves of "guide" trying to charge minimum of 300 pesos per person. the "driver" signaled the guide as he drove by his home and the "guide" followed on motorbike. the "guide" said there was an entrance fee of 50 per person and 100 for rental of a flashlight. this seemed resonable. no mention was made of anything else. after the tour, the "guide" said it was 300 per person minimum and he had an "offical guide card". my friend aske...
