Right when we got there I feel so at home. Customer service was very good on top of everyone was so friendly. If I have to go back to Boracay I would definitely stay at Patio Pacific again and highly recomend it to all my friends and family. The staff made the difference. They were kind and helpful. My room was on the side closest to the beach which was great. The other side is noisy. They are very security conscious which meant that I didn't have to worry about that aspect of things myself. I enjoyed my stay!

The hotel rooms were very clean and the location on Boracay has both short distance to the beach and enough distance for getting sleep. Space for improvement I see with the aircon, as it wasn't really powerful enougth. I could imagine to stay there again, however the two seperated hotel wings (east, west) should be mentioned, as all the facilities are only on the west side.

There was no view from the hotelrooms, all rooms have mat windows. Small room with no view,mat windows. Hotell lay in a area surronded with lot of half finish buildings and scrap, the garden and swimming pool was good. The personal was frindly/smiling and do a good job.. The food was ok but there was little to chose between. Hotel are not a the white beach, it is approsly 200-300 meters away from the beach more or less in the back yard area.

The room was immaculate and the hotel was very well-located, away from the beach and the noise yet only a short distance away. The desk staff and waiters were all very nice.
