We liked this hotel. It's in a great location and you can use the pool at the Lorenzo Main. The hotel is a 1 minute walk from other hotels, restaurants, and shopping but is far enough away from the main shopping area that it offers more privacy. The room was nice (beach cottage) but they definitely have a mildew problem in the bathroom (although the bathroom facility was pretty nice). Make sure you take the Lorenzo boat from Caticlan otherwise you will lengthen your journey to the hotel (more walking and riding on "tricycles"). The food was good in the restaurant. Some things to expect about Boracay in general- the power goes out for a little while almost every day (maybe 20 minutes), there will be no hot water occassionally no matter where you stay (we stayed at 2 hotels in Boracay and 1 in Palawan). The beach wasn't quite as nice as we were hoping ONLY because in the rainy season the high tide brings in a lot of trash and wood debris from the ocean.

This is not the best hotel in the area and our first room looked out over a rooftop with no view at all. They did change our room and it was a lot better. The beach is the best for swimming of any place that we stayed. I would not recommend the restaurant as it is dirty and the food is very mediocre to say the least. But we had a good time.
