It is very nice resort. I would stay there again. The resort is not for busness travel, so I would not expect that service at this resort. But all is good, transportation provided to main white beach areas and staff friendly and helpful....

WE booded Lorenzo Grand Villa, but on arrival they "Upgraded" us to Lorenzo South. Probably Lorenzo South is the better deal. No Pool, and the beach is invected with seaweed, but a lovely place to relax. I would book Lorenzo South directly next time.

The hotel is located in a quiet garden and offers great views over the Sulu Sea (espc. the 2nd level rooms). It is very close to Boracay Jetty. As it is not situated directly on the famous White Beach one is bound to the hotel shuttle bus (which goes every 2 hours to the beach; coming back to the hotel was a little bit unpleasant in our case as the shuttle bus forgot 2 times to fetch us) or one of the numerous trishaws (75 - 100 PHP depending on destination on White Beach). Walking to White Beach is not an option as it is too far away. Rooms are generally clean, but have clearly passed their prime. Overall it seems that the partner resort Lorenzo South is the better choice of the Lorenzo resorts, as it looks more modern and has direct beach access (at one of the most beautiful spots of White Beach).

Althought Grand Villa is some way from White Beach, it is nicely located and has amazing views. The snorkelling just off the resort is better an on the organised snorkelling trips. Services are simple but clean and neat. I would certainly stay there again

Initially, I reserved a 2-bedroom villa thinking that both rooms were air-cond. Upon arrival, I was informed by Front Desk that only 1 room is air-cond and the other room is actually in the attic with a stand fan. We went to look at the villa, but it was very warm, specially in the living room. I requested for a change of room and was given another room with 1 single and 1 double bed. That room was fully air-cond but the air-cond was very noisy. Quite hard adjusting to it if you're a light sleeper, which I am. I liked the service given by the hotel staff; friendly quite fast and efficient. The complimentary 1-hour massage was nice too. However, I disliked the red ants that we found in the place and there was also a cockcroach in the 2-bedroom villa. The water pressure was very low on the 2nd night, and we had to inform the hotel staff the next morning for them to rectify the problem, which they did. The experience was only OK, not enough for me to return to the same hotel or even recommend it to others.

The villa has 2 bedroom ideal for family or group of 4 sharing one accomodation, quiet, secluded and safe. Although its out of the town, its not a problem the shuttle service take and pick up guests from White Beach resort and public transport is very cheap if you opt out shuttle service. Room service every morning cleaning and change of clean towels and beddings everyday. Staff are helpful, polite and friendly

When the staff opened the door, we were surprised at the size of the room! It's so big and the view was amazing! The bed was soft and generally no mosquito at night (we stayed at level 2). We were also treated with a half an hour free massage. If you are not fussy about the ants and the old style of the furniture, it's excellent value for money.

Actually I was put in Lorenzo south since that day Lorenzo Grande Villa was full. Lorenzo south is beach front near boat station 3, having a very beautiful view and far away from the noise. You need to walk a little bit far to the restaurants and bars at station 1, but it's fine.
Staff very friendly and helpful.

The resort is a great place for a romantic trip...a breathtaking view from the balcony....too bad there was a tour group that made it very disruptive to the other guest..but I would stay there and recommend it to others

i have been tp boracay several times before and nevber imagined that there is a hotel having this spectacular view that Lorenzo has. We really liked the hotel. we fell inlove with the sights the first time we went to the verandah and looked out. it is so quiet and very relaxing we really enjoyed our stay here if only the weather is not rainy we would have loved it even more. we definitely would come back and take the same room that we had before probably for our honeymoon. the hotel might be a bit far from where the hustle and bustle is happening but they provide shuttle service for every 2 hours for drop off and pick up. it was a pleasant stay and would certainly recommend it to friends and family.

We had a 3 nights of good leasure time in this resort, staffs were all friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, on our 4th night we've been hit by typhoon but then still the staff stand by on our side and me & my husband really appreciates all their help. I will go back there again in the future hopefully no more typhoon. Nice location very peaceful and quiet, good sea views! excellent service.

Most staff were friendly. One bloke at front desk didn't't smile much, but the rest were fine. Location was quiet, and could snorkel at the bottom of the steps. Pool was great. Compared to lots of other restaurants on White Beach, the food here was relatively good, if inconsistent. Bath tub was huge. Too big in fact because it wasted too much water to fill and water wasn't hot, so by the time we jumped in, it was only lukewarm. View from balcony was great. Would definitely stay here again if we were to visit Boracay again. It's a shame people want to rip you off wherever you go. It's insulting as well as tiring after a while.

What we like the most about the room is that it is so comfortable and spacious. However for the bathroom there is a little cockcroach we found in the sink.
Location not excellent because it's neither close to the white sand beach nor D'mall plaza. The service of shuttle bus is convenient but it's better if there are some more buses after mid-night. The least we like is about the charge for the additional bed which is very unresonable. It costs USD30 which is exactly the same price as a double room. Overall we love the resort so much and we would recommend the others to stay.

This hotel may not be in the beach front area but we found it's seclusion very tranquil for honeymooners especially when you get tired of the crowd in the beach front area. The value for money is very good..may not be a new hotel but it's well maintained somehow. The staffs are very friendly..we'll definitely go back there and I would recommend this to other friends.

We have liked Lorenzo Grand Villa a lot. It is really value for money when you do not want to live directly on the bustling White Beach area. It is even easy to walk to the beach within 15 min - a very welcomed activity during all this eating and relaxation. The rooms as well as the bathroom are big, well maintained and from the interior in a very nice Hut-like style - friendly personnel is taking care about you well being.

Loved the fact that it Lorenzo Grand Villa was away from the hussle and the bussle of the city. It was wonderful waking up to the rising sun and to the sparkling waters that we could see from our very window. Boracay is truly a fantastic getaway. The bathrooms were clean but i have to say that the taps and shower, due to the hotel's location being close to the sea, had turned rusty and had a limestony look. The room was big a spacious but the furniture was a little worn. Other than that wonderful! Oh! and lorenzo also has a wonderful reception policy for new arriving guests. You get a refreshing iced tea drink and a necklace of shells.

The size of the room was great. The bathroom was in need of minor repairs, which was the only thing I was really disappointed in. The location was a bit further than I had thought. Offering a free shuttle is good, although it can be somewhat inconvenient because of the schedule. The size of the room as well as the huge balcony were a plus though. The quiet location of the hotel was also a big bonus. The peace and quiet is a good location for families with young children. I've recommended this hotel to that kind of crowd, as well as people who want a romantic getaway.
