Everything is worthwhile of our stay for the honeymoom. A HotelTravel.com Member, United States
Felt like a prisoner. Prices in general seemed to be inflated for Philippine standards. No entertainment and no transportation to get to entertainment, you have to pay an extra P600 to be transported outside of the hotel and another P600 to go back. In fairness the beach was nice and the landscaping is nice. I enjoyed snorkling and saw a lot of fish. Tour package is so expensive. Good thing we were able to find a tour service from the next resort to tour us for a reasonable amount.
If you want to be in a secluded area and go swimming its fine but if you are looking for entertainment and night life its not the place for you. Jun xia, China
i really enjoyed the leisure time there, sea beach, coconut tree swimming all day.
it's a good memory i will go there again Sayson Stephen Columbus , Singapore
Room was small for that price. Food lack variety and on high side compared to city area. Service staff very friendly. A HotelTravel.com Member, Philippines
the resort is the best i've been to in the Philippines, i love love love the beach! the service was great; very friendly and helpful staff! The food could be improved though..will definitely come back! Lenny-baptiste Conil, France
Good resort by the beach. Difficult to swim on the beach just next to the resort but it's still a very nice view. The activities are not expensive and the 3 swimming pools are good. I would recommend not to take the buffet lunch and dinner that are not good. But as long as you choose a la carte and only asian food (they don't know how to cook western food, but that's just normal, you're in asia...) it's great. The staff is friendly even if they are very loud (waking you up at night by speaking loud next to your room for instance...). Quite far from anything else so don't expect to do much on Bohol as it's a minimum of 1/2 or 1 hour drive from there. You are here to enjoy the resort and it's good for no more than a week.
To sum up, it's not a very good resort but it's rather cheap and with a good value for money. You can spend some nice holidays here if your expectations are not too high. Lay back, relax and enjoy the location, that's what you have to do. Rochelle Cosico, Philippines
A very nice and quiet place for the whole family. But if you want some night life...this is not the place for you. The Resort is secluded. But overall... I enjoyed! The view, the beach... the sand... even the island hopping and snorkeling...better than boracay! Atle Røsand, Norway
This place is nice with good pools and a quiet athmosphere.
The negative is that is not so many option for you when it comes to resturants because off the location you are a litle bit trapped there. Gerrie Klauwers , Netherlands
Our stay (july 22nd till july 30th) was in one word PERFECT. 3 beautifull swimmingpools, a very nice white powdered sandy beach, a good restaurant, perfect bar and very friendly employees made our stay unforgettable. A HotelTravel.com Member, Belgium
We stayed in the superior gardenside room, which is definitely better than the standard rooms, but still just average, but decent for that price. The hotel has a stunning 1 mile private beach, with everything you look for in a tropical holiday. 3 nice swimming pools too. The hotel is secluded, with the downside that it is rather remote. Taking a taxi into town takes about 30min and is relatively expensive for the Philippines. The dinner buffet was more than decent, with good variety. Less so is the lunch buffet. Meal prices of course are for tourists, which means double of anywhere else in the province and thus comparable with downtown Manila. All in all still rather cheap for Europeans. We went in June, after peak season and there where few people in the hotel, which made our experience even better. Overall we were very satisfied |
